Is Castle Roofing Atlanta, GA any good?

Quick response, easy to deal with, competitive and good quality work by the same person who did the initial inspection. Did what was needed without attempts to increase the scope of work or to Nickel and Dime.

Gave me a free estimate based on free roof inspection. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, just the repairs and preventative maintenance that was necessary. Great company, fair price.

We appreciated the Castle team helping us with repairs on our roof damaged by a tree in Chamblee. Communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process, and the crew completed the repairs quickly. The workmanship is high quality and the repairs look great.

They did a phenomenal job on our roof and were incredibly professional from start to finish. The crew worked fast, communicated clearly, and made sure our yard was completely spotless before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work done!

The team was really great. They quickly reached out, made scheduling easy, and fixed my roof same week.

These folks were great. Super strong communication throughout the process. They worked through a miscommunication caused by a mistake on my end, and still had a really competitive quote and the work looks like really high quality!

Technicians arrived early and got to work immediately. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Excellent work. Would definitely recommend them.

Castle was great! They provided excellent customer service, they did great work and they showed up and did the work when they said they would.

Finally … a roofing company that would make repairs without trying to replace the whole thing!! Reasonable price and finished fast!

We had an excellent experience with Castle. Very fast response when we called about checking on a leak. Repairs were completed and work was thorough… included replacing rotten decking.

Charlie and Joaquin were helpful and explained everything really well so I could understand everything that was going into the roof repair for a leak I had. They also gave really great tips for preventative maintenance that I could do myself going forward!

Did a good job replacing some rotted soffit and getting new gutters installed. Good price compared to other quotes I got and work was completed quickly.

Had a sudden leak and never dealt with anything like this before. Castle Roofing came recommended to me by a good friend and they were so patient, consultative, honest, and fair. Honestly a great experience. And did I mention responsive and fast!

I’ve used Castle Property Services twice for leak-related issues. The first was related to a builder issue, and the second involved an exposed nail that had fallen through and was causing a leak. I paid approximately $3,000 for that repair. About a week ago, a separate piece of the structure came off completely and… Read full review

Fast, efficient service.

Castle roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Very responsive and professional. Samantha and Juis were great. Thank you Update

Had a leak around my chimney another leak on my back patio and one in my shed. They were quick with the estimate, over communicated everything and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend!!

Castle quickly and efficiently solved a problem with excessive run off from the roof of our home. Not only did they solve the problem, they also videoed our roof and educated us on its unique design and how to better maintain it. They went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it.

Loved the clear estimates and repairs with pictures before and after. Very responsive and professional. Also great to get to know the team that comes out and is consistent on the work.

Joaquin did an excellent job! He was very timely and efficient.

This the second time I have Castle Roofing in the last 4 weeks. The first visit was for roof repairs for a leak over the master bathroom. This visit was for replacing the roof leaking over the deck addition that the prior owner installed improperly. Castle Roofing is honest and reliable with fair pricing. Carlos,… Read full review

Castle Roofing did an awesome job. Came out to repair chimney in one day. Highly recommend them

They professionals that Castle Roofing sent out were very professional and good at their work. They hammered away from start to finish until the job was done and did a fine job cleaning up after the job was over. One plus about going with Castle is that they do sectional repairs when many roofing companies won't… Read full review

I am President of the HOA of a 97 unit townhouse community in roswell ga. Castle has been our partner in everything to do with our roofs for 3 years. As I look back on our success together, I give a LOT of credit to Joaquin Merino - Castle lead in the field. He diagnoses the situation, lays out the solution, and… Read full review

Thank you so much Castle, I will definitely use your company in the future as well.

Great company. They did a great job on repairing my soffit on my roof, and even fixed an issue that I thought was very complicated within minutes. Office staff is friendly, and everyone that I met from the day of the estimate, to the work day, was kind & helpful. Will definitely use them again if any needs arise in the future. Thanks Castle!

Quickly and expertly repaired a roof leak without pressuring us for an unneeded new roof like other companies tried to do.

It all began with a sudden leak at night during a spate of unusually long & hard rainy weather and because of constant rainy days it was a while before the entire job was complete but the office stayed in constant touch, offered temporary solutions and the guys who did the job were outstanding! They were pleasant,… Read full review

Castle did a great job fixing a small roof leak involving my plumbing vents. They were prompt and efficient. Jose answered all our questions in a considerate matter. I highly recommend Castle roofing.

On time, quality work, reasonable price.

Castle Roofing is an amazing company to do business with. They were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with our roof, why it was leaking and offer suggestions for that particular problem as well as others! We had multiple companies come out to try and find the problem but they failed. Thought it was repaired… Read full review

Amazing service. Samantha was so helpful and explained everything so I could easily understand. I wouldn’t use anyone else for repairs on my rentals down here. They are affordable and reliable and respected my time and my schedule. They gave me quality service and I’m happy with the overall work. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Great company to work with! Samantha is super responsive, friendly, and professional. Their team has great communication which makes my job easier. Thank you!

Juan and Luis carefully inspected our leaking roof and a cracked window frame nearby. They suggested smart, high quality repairs, which they did shortly after. They were friendly, professional, and on time. They took pictures of how it was before, how it looked during the repair, and how it is now to show the work… Read full review

Castle roofing was a great company to use. They assessed the damage on my roof on Monday and repaired it the next day!!

Both Samantha and Jose were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Jose did a great job on the work and was a nice guy to talk to about what he was doing.

Very prompt service, excellent customer service!

Castle Roofing made the process super quick, easy, and fixed our roof within a few hours the next day after getting the inspection. Highly recommend if you need any of their services!

The tech was very courteous and able to answer any doubts from the first day we called for the roof inspection. The turnaround for service was fast. The techs were professional and on time and did great job. Thank you for your service! Chris

My skylight was leaking, and my roof was close to a 25 y/o. They did a complete tare off and repaired the skylight leak. I got quotes from 3 other companies, and they may not have been the least expensive but they were the most responsive, pluss they are licensed/insured.

I am happy to recommend Castle for roof repair based on the very positive experience I had with them. The phone was answered professionally, the field man was prompt, polite and followed up quickly. I expected a long delay, however they scheduled my repair for the day after my call. I would have no problem… Read full review

This was the best experience!!! Very responsive and caring. I was amazed how organized and fast team performed. Wish had this type of service level all the time. Thank you so much for helping us close on house!

Needed fascia repair with flashing and vinyl siding and needed a bathroom exhaust fan to vent through the roof. Both were done in the same day, with the materials I requested, before sundown. Castle Roofing was excellent to work with. They were able to assess the leak in my roof the day I called and fully repair and replace two vent flashings two days later at a fair price. Shoutout to Jose and Samantha for excellent customer service and fixing my problem so quickly.

Great service. Very professional.

Had castle out to inspect some roof damage and come up with a repair plan. Everyone was extremely professional and very responsive. Samantha owned the entire experience and assisted with the scheduling and details from photos and videos to an itemized receipt. Had a wonderful experience and would use again! Thanks so much!

The only reason why I’m giving 4 star was because the team was late (outside the arrival window by 2 hours). Other than that, very professional and they explained what they saw, what they were going to do to fix it and why. The inspection team actually came out in the rain the same day I called about the roof leak.… Read full review

Castle did great work! You can trust these other reviews! They always showed up on time, gave me a plan for my repair, and executed it very well. They repaired gutters, chimney and sunroom roof very quickly. Seems to all be holding up well!

They were so helpful and informative! Any question I had, they were ready and happy to answer it. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and unlike some contractors, they were sure to clean any mess they left.

Quick to respond to online appointment made. Workers were very prompt and professional and COVID careful. They got the job done quickly and provided pictures before and after. Would happily recommend to others.

They were incredibly professional and responsive. We had damage to our roof after a fallen tree and wind storm. Castle came out with an estimate, fixed our roof, and found/fixed the source of a leak in our attic. We’ve had no problems ever since and will definitely call them again if we ever need more roofing work.

I am so impressed with these guys. They made a major repair on my roof at an affordable rate. The technicians that worked on my house were: 1) very knowledgeable; 2) they kept me informed every step of the way by sharing pictures of the problems and explaining how they would make the repair, and 3) the work was… Read full review
