Quick response, easy to deal with, competitive and good quality work by the same person who did the initial inspection. Did what was needed without attempts to increase the scope of work or to Nickel and Dime.
Gave me a free estimate based on free roof inspection. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, just the repairs and preventative maintenance that was necessary. Great company, fair price.
We appreciated the Castle team helping us with repairs on our roof damaged by a tree in Chamblee. Communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process, and the crew completed the repairs quickly. The workmanship is high quality and the repairs look great.
They did a phenomenal job on our roof and were incredibly professional from start to finish. The crew worked fast, communicated clearly, and made sure our yard was completely spotless before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work done!
The team was really great. They quickly reached out, made scheduling easy, and fixed my roof same week.
These folks were great. Super strong communication throughout the process. They worked through a miscommunication caused by a mistake on my end, and still had a really competitive quote and the work looks like really high quality!
Technicians arrived early and got to work immediately. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Excellent work. Would definitely recommend them.
We had a very positive experience with Castle Roofing. Raju was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He paid attention to details, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure the work was completed properly and on time. We truly appreciate his dedication and…
Castle was great! They provided excellent customer service, they did great work and they showed up and did the work when they said they would.
Finally … a roofing company that would make repairs without trying to replace the whole thing!! Reasonable price and finished fast!
We had an excellent experience with Castle. Very fast response when we called about checking on a leak. Repairs were completed and work was thorough… included replacing rotten decking.
Charlie and Joaquin were helpful and explained everything really well so I could understand everything that was going into the roof repair for a leak I had. They also gave really great tips for preventative maintenance that I could do myself going forward!
Did a good job replacing some rotted soffit and getting new gutters installed. Good price compared to other quotes I got and work was completed quickly.
Had a sudden leak and never dealt with anything like this before. Castle Roofing came recommended to me by a good friend and they were so patient, consultative, honest, and fair. Honestly a great experience. And did I mention responsive and fast!
I’ve used Castle Property Services twice for leak-related issues. The first was related to a builder issue, and the second involved an exposed nail that had fallen through and was causing a leak. I paid approximately $3,000 for that repair. About a week ago, a separate piece of the structure came off completely and…
Fast, efficient service.
Castle roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Very responsive and professional. Samantha and Juis were great. Thank you Update
Had a leak around my chimney another leak on my back patio and one in my shed. They were quick with the estimate, over communicated everything and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend!!
Castle quickly and efficiently solved a problem with excessive run off from the roof of our home. Not only did they solve the problem, they also videoed our roof and educated us on its unique design and how to better maintain it. They went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it.
Loved the clear estimates and repairs with pictures before and after. Very responsive and professional. Also great to get to know the team that comes out and is consistent on the work.
Joaquin did an excellent job! He was very timely and efficient.
This the second time I have Castle Roofing in the last 4 weeks. The first visit was for roof repairs for a leak over the master bathroom. This visit was for replacing the roof leaking over the deck addition that the prior owner installed improperly. Castle Roofing is honest and reliable with fair pricing. Carlos,…
Castle Roofing did an awesome job. Came out to repair chimney in one day. Highly recommend them
They professionals that Castle Roofing sent out were very professional and good at their work. They hammered away from start to finish until the job was done and did a fine job cleaning up after the job was over. One plus about going with Castle is that they do sectional repairs when many roofing companies won't…
I am President of the HOA of a 97 unit townhouse community in roswell ga. Castle has been our partner in everything to do with our roofs for 3 years. As I look back on our success together, I give a LOT of credit to Joaquin Merino - Castle lead in the field. He diagnoses the situation, lays out the solution, and…
Thank you so much Castle, I will definitely use your company in the future as well.
Great company. They did a great job on repairing my soffit on my roof, and even fixed an issue that I thought was very complicated within minutes. Office staff is friendly, and everyone that I met from the day of the estimate, to the work day, was kind & helpful. Will definitely use them again if any needs arise in the future. Thanks Castle!
Quickly and expertly repaired a roof leak without pressuring us for an unneeded new roof like other companies tried to do.
It all began with a sudden leak at night during a spate of unusually long & hard rainy weather and because of constant rainy days it was a while before the entire job was complete but the office stayed in constant touch, offered temporary solutions and the guys who did the job were outstanding! They were pleasant,…
Castle did a great job fixing a small roof leak involving my plumbing vents. They were prompt and efficient. Jose answered all our questions in a considerate matter. I highly recommend Castle roofing.
On time, quality work, reasonable price.
Castle Roofing is an amazing company to do business with. They were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with our roof, why it was leaking and offer suggestions for that particular problem as well as others! We had multiple companies come out to try and find the problem but they failed. Thought it was repaired…
Amazing service. Samantha was so helpful and explained everything so I could easily understand. I wouldn’t use anyone else for repairs on my rentals down here. They are affordable and reliable and respected my time and my schedule. They gave me quality service and I’m happy with the overall work. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Great company to work with! Samantha is super responsive, friendly, and professional. Their team has great communication which makes my job easier. Thank you!
Juan and Luis carefully inspected our leaking roof and a cracked window frame nearby. They suggested smart, high quality repairs, which they did shortly after. They were friendly, professional, and on time. They took pictures of how it was before, how it looked during the repair, and how it is now to show the work…
I had damaged shingles on my roof which caused water to leak in my bedroom. I called Castle Roofing and within a day, they were able to come out and fix everything. Jose was awesome and very professional from the moment he walked up to my front door. I will definitely be using Castle again for home services. Kudos 👏
Great service! They were very responsive and on time. I would definitely work with the team again.
They were punctual and professional. Jose provided great service. Samantha in the office was great with communications. Would gladly deal with them again should the need arise.
Castle roofing was a great company to use. They assessed the damage on my roof on Monday and repaired it the next day!!
Both Samantha and Jose were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Jose did a great job on the work and was a nice guy to talk to about what he was doing.
Very prompt service, excellent customer service!
Castle Roofing made the process super quick, easy, and fixed our roof within a few hours the next day after getting the inspection. Highly recommend if you need any of their services!
The tech was very courteous and able to answer any doubts from the first day we called for the roof inspection. The turnaround for service was fast. The techs were professional and on time and did great job. Thank you for your service! Chris
My skylight was leaking, and my roof was close to a 25 y/o. They did a complete tare off and repaired the skylight leak. I got quotes from 3 other companies, and they may not have been the least expensive but they were the most responsive, pluss they are licensed/insured.
I am happy to recommend Castle for roof repair based on the very positive experience I had with them. The phone was answered professionally, the field man was prompt, polite and followed up quickly. I expected a long delay, however they scheduled my repair for the day after my call. I would have no problem…
Everything was great from start to finish. Timely and efficient. Jose and Samantha were awesome. Highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Castle. Their website was easy to use and I was able to book an appointment online (as easy as scheduling a haircut). I really appreciate that and the availability that they had. Jose Vega worked on our roof and did a fantastic job. Overall, they were very responsive, thorough, and well priced. We appreciate the work!
Castle roofing did a great job! responsive, great customer service. Would highly recommended!
This was the best experience!!! Very responsive and caring. I was amazed how organized and fast team performed. Wish had this type of service level all the time. Thank you so much for helping us close on house!
Needed fascia repair with flashing and vinyl siding and needed a bathroom exhaust fan to vent through the roof. Both were done in the same day, with the materials I requested, before sundown. Castle Roofing did an excellent job and gave me peace of mind now that those repairs have been completed. They let me look at…
Castle Roofing was excellent to work with. They were able to assess the leak in my roof the day I called and fully repair and replace two vent flashings two days later at a fair price. Shoutout to Jose and Samantha for excellent customer service and fixing my problem so quickly.
Great service. Very professional.
Had castle out to inspect some roof damage and come up with a repair plan. Everyone was extremely professional and very responsive. Samantha owned the entire experience and assisted with the scheduling and details from photos and videos to an itemized receipt. Had a wonderful experience and would use again! Thanks so much!
The only reason why I’m giving 4 star was because the team was late (outside the arrival window by 2 hours). Other than that, very professional and they explained what they saw, what they were going to do to fix it and why. The inspection team actually came out in the rain the same day I called about the roof leak.…
Castle did great work! You can trust these other reviews! They always showed up on time, gave me a plan for my repair, and executed it very well. They repaired gutters, chimney and sunroom roof very quickly. Seems to all be holding up well!
They were so helpful and informative! Any question I had, they were ready and happy to answer it. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and unlike some contractors, they were sure to clean any mess they left.
Quick to respond to online appointment made. Workers were very prompt and professional and COVID careful. They got the job done quickly and provided pictures before and after. Would happily recommend to others.
They were incredibly professional and responsive. We had damage to our roof after a fallen tree and wind storm. Castle came out with an estimate, fixed our roof, and found/fixed the source of a leak in our attic. We’ve had no problems ever since and will definitely call them again if we ever need more roofing work.
I am so impressed with these guys. They made a major repair on my roof at an affordable rate. The technicians that worked on my house were: 1) very knowledgeable; 2) they kept me informed every step of the way by sharing pictures of the problems and explaining how they would make the repair, and 3) the work was…
Great quality and service. I received quote quickly after inspection. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended
Quick response and repair !
I would highly recommend this company. I had been using Castle at one of my properties for REAC preparation and they did such a fantastic job that I am now utilizing them for other properties that I have. The team is great, professional and the work is high level.
Castle was amazing to work with! Their response time was great and when there were delays due to weather they were proactive.
Excellent service. They found some issues we weren't aware of so probably saved us from future issues. Workers were professional and timely.
Castle was great! The office is very responsive and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. The crew was scheduled quickly and finished the repairs exactly as promised.
Chimney repair. Castle Roofing has done an excellent job of replacing rotted wood and flashing on my chimney. Thanks again!!!
I wish Castle Roofing had been our first call. We had more than one other service provider out to inspect and repair two leaks in our home, to no avail. From the moment we engaged with Castle Roofing, the team was responsive, accommodating, and eager to help. From scheduling an appointment to the technical…
I googled Castle Roofing and read the reviews before choosing them. The reviews were great so I took a chance. They was on time on both inspection and repair. They investigated my attic and roof to determine the actual location of the leak and completed the repair within minutes...... At least under a hour on a…
The contractors are professional and knowledgeable. They inspected my roof thoroughly and accessed the attic to make a better diagnosis of the issues causing the leaking. I got a couple of quotes and no other roofing contractor was as thorough. I had an innate trust that they really knew what they are doing, so I…
Excellent costumer service from the front office and quick turn around time. Luis and Jaun did an excellent job identifying the leak and fixing it
Castle Roofing did an awesome job replacing roof of my house with new shingles. Teara went above and beyond making sure I understood the steps involved when replacing the roof including inspection before the work began and after the work was completed. Thank You Castle Roofing
Castle is a great choice when it comes to choosing a roofing company in Atlanta. They were easy to work with to get my roof fixed. I would recommend them.
I used them. They were on time and professional. The work was high quality. They were honest and helpful. They cleaned up after their work.
They were able to come the next day after some nasty thunderstorms, and put a tarp up that day to stop water from coming through. They were then able to come by two days later to fix the roof and gutters, and were very thorough and on time. Payment was quick and easy, and all responses were timely. I'm definitely going to be using them again.
Castle Roofing went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and quality roof repairs. I will most definitely contact them when it is time to replace my roof!
Awesome job. Great price.
I called the company to get a repair for 1 hole less than a .25in wide repaired. I agreed to pay the service fee assuming something so minor would be inexpensive to repair. I received a quote of $575 to repair 3 shingles for 1 hole according to them. Insane! Unfortunately we could not agree to this especially since…
They came out fast and to give me a free estimate. Once I approved the estimate they were out the next day to repair my roof! No hidden surprises when it was time to pay the bill. It was exactly what the estimate was. Would reccomend them to anyone. Oh and on top of the great service they gave us a military discount! Great service, great company!
They were very professional, fast, and they even took the time to clean up really well, after the work was finished.
They were very professional, responsive and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with Castle Roofing!
Technician Juan inspected our roof and took multiple photos of the suspected causes of water damage to our ceiling, e.g., rotting shingles and a nail pop up. The next day, Juan and other technicians completed the repairs to the roof. Professional, prompt, detailed, and caring; I thank you!
Juan was great! He came in and inspected my attic thoroughly and was able to find the problem (after several inspectors were unable to). They were accommodating and came and fix my roof the very next day. They’re affordable and I would hire them for any and all of my roofing needs!
The technicians came promptly on a Saturday morning as scheduled. They identified the isolated problem within a few minutes and shared their findings with me. Pictures were provided before repairs and afterwards. I felt a good spirit the moment I met these technicians. Likewise, they did an excellent job. I will…
I appreciate they did not try to upsell me and make me replace my whole roof as other companies did. Instead, they told me it can be repaired and did the work. They explained everything to me. They took care of the issue and also addressed other potential issue nearby and warned me about a potential future problem…
I’ve worked with Castle several times, and they’re reasonably priced, responsive, and easy to work with
I had a small leak on my roof and I spent several days calling different roofing companies to come out to help. I called a referral from my next door app, and the guy wanted to charge $250 just to come look because I live near the airport and not in Marietta. Fortunately for me, he never showed up. Then I found…
I spent three months (off and on) looking for a company who had capacity to diagnose a problem where water stains where appearing in the ceiling of my master bath showers. This company came at the agreed upon time; promptly provided a diagnosis and cost of repair (on the same day). On the following day, this company…
Scheduled a visit for their foreman to come inspect a roof on a house I just bought and started leaking. Took time off from work and was scheduled for first thing in the morning. Get a call the morning of that due to weather they were rescheduling me to the next day. However, there wasn't any weather and rain…
I used Castle for the replacement of the roof on my outdoor shed which had been punctured by fallen tree branches in a recent storm. The team was very responsive and friendly throughout the process.
