Robert is incredible. Always professional and communicates well. He lets us know when he's on his way and when he arrives he thoroughly explains what he will be doing. He even reminds me to close the garage door when he leaves.

Brian was our tech today and he was amazing! He answered all my questions about landscaping materials and what attracts what bugs. He addressed our ant concerns and checked for areas outside to see if there were nests or activity. Very personable!

They come as scheduled, and perform a top notch service. My technician (Albert) was very professional and asked about points of concern and they go right off to address your concerns, what more could you ask for in a service, especially one that's affordable.

Robert Sta does a professional job and always on time. He asks if I have new concerns and takes care of them immediately. He is knowledgeable about the product and ensures it is safe for pets and children. He also recommends other services they offer and he thinks we need. They occasionally let me know they are coming. I have requested that they always tell me they are coming. But they don't. They always miss the small places that need attention. Sometime they are too much in a hurry to be really thorough. Customer service is super really good.

We called Eco Pest at the suggestion of a friend. Kevin was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was provided efficiently and thoroughly. Based on customer service alone I'd recommend to anyone. Update: Kevin's been our regular service provider since this initial review and everything still holds up. Still a strong 5 stars.

Always appreciate the work Matthew does when he comes to our house. We can tell he has walked around our house and addressing any areas of concern (signs of ants or cobwebs). We have seen a big difference on/in our house since we started using EcoPest.

All my dealings with Eco Pest have been great! The staff who answers the phones are always very nice and helpful. The workers who come out to our house are always very kind and efficient. Albert came out today and was great! They have really helped keep our bug issue under control.

Wonderful service!! Wesley was great!! We appreciated how he took his time and communicated to us what he needed to do, as well as detailed the treatment since we have little dogs that are in those areas!

Brian was very thorough. He sprayed everywhere that I had a concern with and put a gel down in areas where I’ve seen the most activity. I was very pleased with his service and the information he provided to help me safeguard the house more from all pests but especially the cockroach.

We use Eco Pest for regular pest control services that happens on a quarterly basis. Wesley is always great and helpful if we need any advice on changes to keep bugs away. My only complaint is that there is little warning for when they are coming for the quarterly spraying, but it’s typically okay since I work from home.
