They occasionally let me know they are coming. I have requested that they always tell me they are coming. But they don't. They always miss the small places that need attention. Sometime they are too much in a hurry to be really thorough. Customer service is super really good.

We called Eco Pest at the suggestion of a friend. Kevin was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was provided efficiently and thoroughly. Based on customer service alone I'd recommend to anyone. Update: Kevin's been our regular service provider since this initial review and everything still holds up. Still a strong 5 stars.

We use Eco Pest for regular pest control services that happens on a quarterly basis. Wesley is always great and helpful if we need any advice on changes to keep bugs away.
