William is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, particularly in a trying situation.
William was amazing! He came out to do an inspection within an hour and then had a technician there 30 minutes later! He explained everything to me as we were coming up with a contract for our preschool. I never felt pressured! I use Eco Pest at my condo property as well and they have been reliable!
Explained the process and the equipment being used. The pro and con of the situation. Very helpful in my situation. Don't have situation there be no situation. So preventive measures now is a good thing.
