Great service, professional approach

Josh was great, not only he did the regular spraying but when I asked what were the more active pests in the winter, he said was mice and he volunteered to check my crawl space, great customer service!

Good man. Easy to work with and conscientious.

I was very satisfied with the exterminator today he he went inside under the cabinets moved. Some of the furniture went outside and he took like a mop went all up and down through stuff down. I never been so pleased. Very well-manned and polite

Brian is very personable, responsible and attentive to needs of the home. Addressed issues we were aware of and others we weren’t. It’s very refreshing these days to have a technician come by who actually talks to you without having to pull teeth for helpful information.

They occasionally let me know they are coming. I have requested that they always tell me they are coming. But they don't. They always miss the small places that need attention. Sometime they are too much in a hurry to be really thorough. Customer service is super really good.

This is an update from my last review a month ago. I had to call for someone to come back out to treat carpenter bees. Robert came out again and was his usual friendliness and professionalism. He treated the area and explained the life cycle of the carpenter bees, as well as recommended fix.

Eco Pest control was professional and very responsive. Contacted them 12 hours before they time they actually arrived at my house! They get to you quickly and provide you with great information and solutions.

I can’t imagine a better pest control company. I initially used them for regular pest control but I’m using them now for mosquito control. I have gotten a bite since they started and I haven’t seen nary a tick on my dogs. Great job!!
