Brian is very argumentative, we got started off on the wrong foot. It wasn't good at the beginning of his visit, but he apologized and we moved on from there. In the end, we were okay. We will see how it goes when he comes back in two weeks.

They occasionally let me know they are coming. I have requested that they always tell me they are coming. But they don't. They always miss the small places that need attention. Sometime they are too much in a hurry to be really thorough. Customer service is super really good.
