Service Tech was timely, professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem explaining it in detail and provided an estimate for repair. I was impressed with service.
Andrew and HVAC staff are so professional and knowledgeable.. we had Hot Water Tank installed, new Sump Pump installed, a new furnace and air conditioning unit.. they were awesome! Arrived when they said they would be there, explained well, and very pleasant! Thanks Andrew and company!
Our AC unit is very old. Dylan was very informative about the condition and what we could expect from the unit. He also discussed with us about a new unit, with no sales pressure. We've used Cellino for plumbing issues and a new furnace. They are very good at being able to schedule appointments in a reasonable time…
Today the crew showed up at 8 AM and installed a complete A/C plus furnace system along with a new hot water heater. All this by 6 PM. They did a very good job.
Tyler Fleck did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions. Jayden Ball and his crew put my central air in. They did a great job explaining everything to me. They made sure I knew how to take the key pad off and how to work it. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you guys. 😊
