Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Clogged shower drain. We tried everything but how to clean it out the proper way. Nick showed me how to clean it out properly and put the drain back together. I will definitely use Cellino plumbing again.

Did a thorough inspection and was on time polite I recommend this service

My service provider, Johnathan Marks, showed up on time. He was a very courteous person. He wore his mask and boot protectors so to not dirty the rug. He was extraordinarily thorough. He went above and beyond to explain my drain issues to me. He was very knowlagable. I would definitely recommend Cellino Plumbing to… Read full review

Jonathan was an excellent technician. He was timely, he listened, And went above and beyond to make sure that my drain was unplugged and working properly when he left. They did a great job the technician Ryan Anthony was professional, prompt and informative

A service technician arrived within minutes to an emergency call of a sewer backup. Adam was clear, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will likely use them for future plumbing needs.

Excellent service. Very responsive with calling on a Sunday holiday weekend. Thank you very much.

The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Appreciated his service.

Our serviceman, Kyle Eastman, was upbeat even though it was Christmas eve day. He diagnosed and confirmed our clogged sewer line quickly and fixed the problem. Will definitely use Cellino Plumbing in the future if needed.

Ed was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable.

Very polite and professional, got the job done well. My only concern was the fixed-price job combined with a contract that disclaimed a fixed price if the work wasn’t successfully completed. This isn’t really how fixed-price contracts are supposed to work — fixed-price means that they’ve covered their costs in… Read full review

Cellino Plumbing did an awesome job! The gentlemen that came to clear out our pipes on the outside of the house were very professional, polite, and helpful. Justin and Chad were great, very nice and knowledgeable, they explained to us about the drains, connections, traps, etc., which was great, helps to understand a little more; first time in 17 years the water in my stationary tub went down so fast

Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Nick P was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I will use Cellino in the future requesting Nick as my technician.

Technicians were courteous and professional and explained each step they took and why. Cleaned up work area thoroughly before they left. Cost was provided before work began so there were no surprises and was in line with what I anticipated. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing repairs.

I contacted this company to clear my sewer line. The tech attempted to to tell me that the my cleanout was covered up by a recent concrete job on my property. This was a lie in an attempt to sell me a $5,000 job that at most should have cost $500. There are plenty of honest and qualified professionals in WNY, don't use this company for anything.

Punctual, knowledgeable, kind. Showed up and immediately diagnosed my pump problems. Was able to quickly snake it and fix a pipe for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be using them again for plumbing work

Very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable techs. I’ll call them for anything my house needs 👍🏼👍🏼

Cellino was not the first plumber we called for an on-going issue of toilets backing up but when the other plumber did not follow-up with scheduling the repair needed we called them. So glad we did. Both the team that first arrived to give an estimate and the men who came back to replace the outdoor pipe were… Read full review

Was told a tech with a camera would come back out the next day. He never came. I believe I paid for it.

My bathroom in the basement was backing up they came out and did a full inspection from the main line all the way through and found out that the problem was the plumbing in that basement bathroom was not in properly so they were are to cap off the toilet, sink, and tub so that it would stop backing up. They recommended me to get the plumbing redone

I called Cellino Plumbing to unclog a toilet after my 15 month grandson flushed and entire pack of wipes. Nick Piracci did a wonderful job. He also installed a new toilet. He was informative explaining the entire process and the cost which was reasonable. Cellino is lucky to have Nick as one of their servicemen.

Very competent and efficient. I Appreciated his unclogging the drain and not having to snake the drain further when not needed, and keeping the cost down as a result.

Absolutely incredible service. Super cold today and windy, the tech/plumber braved the elements and my service was 15 of 10. Above and beyond. Dan did a great job and did not give up even when he thought the possible worst. I will forever use this company now. Thank you thank you thank you.

Really fast and efficient! Great customer service. Just bought our first home and so happy to have Cellino to call when we need help with our plumbing.

Was called a day ahead of my appointment, Adam did a great job getting things moving again, well done.

Great Job! Professional and on time. Up front pricing.

Called with a clogged sewer line. A technician was at my house within an hour, and fixed the issue within an hour. Tech was very professional and maintained COVID safety protocols. Price was commensurate with what could be considered emergency service. Would absolutely use their service again.

We love them. We use them for all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Service tech very polite, explained work planned prior to starting, gave estimate. Work completed in a reasonable amount of time. Tech cleaned up work area before leaving. Fees reasonable, performed on weekend.

The technician was very honest and professional. I feel confident in his diagnosis and correction of the issue.

Very professional. Found the root cause of the problem and fixed it the right way to make sure the issue isn’t a recurring one. Highly recommended. I own several rental properties and know what quality plumbing work looks like and this is it. Give Justin Schenck a raise!

Our tech came and looked at a clogged sink. While the drain seemed to be back to normal somehow, we did have him snake the line just in case.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & professional.

Here within 24 hours of call. Ed called in for the camera down the lines for me. Very professional even though I’m not. Lol. Thanks for the help

Service was fast, friendly and all costs are quoted up front.

Tom was very courteous and explained each thing he was doing (we left him alone and let him work).
