Troy and Garrett were professional and straightforward with their assessment of our furnace. We had to wait a few days for a part for a furnace that isn't that old but the tech came the same day I phoned and I never felt like I was forgotten.

Unfortunately we experienced a back up with our sewer line to the street which needed to be snaked several times over the course of the weekend due to continued back ups. Cellino was very easy to contact even on a weekend, and able to send a technician out rather quickly each time to help clear further blockages in the line. While I was not pleased having continued back ups, each technician was wonderful and communication was excellent, and offered further recommendations on preventing future problems. Tyree, James, and Jake were all able to clear the line further each time and Liam completed a camera inspection to make sure the issue was truly solved. Every person I spoke to (including office staff) during the process made it all very easy and kept me updated on the process of what they found!

The call center even reached out a few times to update me. Jake arrived when scheduled, was very courteous, knowledgeable, skilled & got the job done quickly. He explained everything he did & why he had to do it. About 40 minutes after his arrival our house water was back on! If you need a plumbing company to come out on a Sunday you’re going to pay extra, this extra I paid was 100% worth it.
