This was the only company out 10 that I called that was responsive to us while in a crisis. Shawn and his team were true to their word, careful, respectful and delivered quality, timely work. I will be using them again. The job even included pictures of the drain tiles for documentation in the future. It was a big job but looking at the yard you would barely know they were there. Contractors like this are rare today. Thank You!

We had Matt (and Riley) re-route our some of our plumbing to bypass a collapsed drainage pipe under our basement floor. From the initial assessment to the end of the job, they were punctual and professional and communicated every step of the way. And their work was top-notch. Would totally call them again.
I highly recommend Pappas Plumbing! Shawn and his incredible crew installed a permanent gas heater in our garage and a permanent gas hook up for a grill outside, and he installed a whole home water softener and filter. His prices are more than fair and the quality of work is unmatched. They were quick and CLEAN. Thank you Shawn!

I can’t say enough good things about Pappas Plumbing. We had an urgent issue and their team responded incredibly fast—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced from the moment they arrived. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked us through the fix, and made sure everything was done right the first time. 3rd time having Matt over to help with plumbing - as always, a great experience. friendly, knowledgeable, fair-priced and solid. did the sink dispoal this time, previously had hot water heater replaced and sump pump replaced. Always professional and courteous.
Had Shawn’s crew out to fix some things at the house and they did a great job for a fair price.

The receptionist Madison was kind and understanding, she offered an appointment on the same day to defrost our frozen pipes. Thank you so much! 7/31/2026 Matt and the crew replaced our bubbler, they tied in all of the downspouts and sub pump, we were having drainage issues but not any more! I am confident in this company and will never use another plumber in Buffalo. They did an excellent job, prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. Thank you :)
