Dylan took pride and ownership over our furnance repair. He was very knowledgable, informative and took great care of everything. When the repair didn’t take in the morning, he returned that day and stayed with the repair till complete. Haven’t had an issue since. He was kind and gracious throughout the day.

Rob was awesome very professional, punctual and polite. Solved my problem and explained different things that I should do to avoid this from happening again. 5 out 5.

Was able to get an appointment same day. Jake, my technician, showed exactly when he said he would. Jake was very professional and sympathized with my situation. A part needs to be ordered so the work is not complete but fingers crossed the part will be found. I have used Cellino before and would use them again.

Had a new hot water tank installed. Nick was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned everything after he was done and left our home just as it was when he arrived. This is the second time we used Cellino in the past year and were happy with their work both times
