Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Unfortunately we experienced a back up with our sewer line to the street which needed to be snaked several times over the course of the weekend due to continued back ups. Cellino was very easy to contact even on a weekend, and able to send a technician out rather quickly each time to help clear further blockages in… Read full review

I had a basement utility sink start backing up. I was able to get a same day appointment and the plumber snaked the drain successfully! He was careful and let me know what he was seeing. I really appreciated the effort and very happy with the results.

Service Tech was right on time, thorough about what he was going to do and very polite

I find the crew at Cellino to be consistently excellent and respectful of my property. I have a monthly maintenance plan, which I find extremely valuable.

Tyree did an amazing job fixing a clog in my kitchen sink drain. He professionally handled every step, documenting the issues, and was very informative about each step of the process. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise.

Skilled technician checked my two areas for slow drainage, very nice man, completed in a short time. Will definitely call again.

We are very happy with the efficiency and knowledge of the workers at Cellino Plumbing. James went above and beyond to help fix two blockages in the sewer and he demonstrated how to prevent the water from backing up on the basement floor. He was very helpful. We appreciate the prompt service provided. Very Highly Recommended!!!!

I had a clogged sump pump line at my bubbler. The crew that came out was exceptional. They explained what could be going on and all the options. Nick was great and very helpful with my parents.

An emergency repair call on a Saturday handled professionally and perfectly. Nick is the best. Neat, clean, polite. A great install and repair. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called at 7am, technician was here by 9am. Very professional and knowledgeable. Cost was fair as well and was not over charged or tried to sell unnecessary fixes.

Cellino Plumbing crew always responds quickly. We needed a drain snaked out in the basement. It was done quickly, explained throughly, and guaranteed for 30days. Aiden and his partner were clean and respected our home at all times by removing and/or covering their work shoes. Thank you,

Great job … really good techs !!

Great work!

My service provider, Johnathan Marks, showed up on time. He was a very courteous person. He wore his mask and boot protectors so to not dirty the rug. He was extraordinarily thorough. Hired Cellino Plumbing to do a complete overhaul of a 90+ yr. sewer line and install a basement Sump pump and Bubbler system. With a job that extensive the crew was mostly done in 3 days; even checking and cleaning out the second floor faucets that were inadvertently affected.

Cellino was not the first plumber we called for an on-going issue of toilets backing up but when the other plumber did not follow-up with scheduling the repair needed we called them. So glad we did. Both the team that first arrived to give an estimate and the men who came back to replace the outdoor pipe were… Read full review

We needed emergency after hours service, out of 5 companies that I called they were the only ones who could come out immediately to repair the toilet. Have since had them come out two other times, once to clean the sewer and the other to repair the shower. Always so friendly and professional! You get a wonderful… Read full review

From start to finish it's hard to improve on perfect. The crew that preformed the service for me was great. When you have employees that enjoy what they are doing it shows in every aspect of the job performance. From start to finish everything ran like a fined tuned watch.

We used Cellino Plumbing to replace our sewer line and they did a great job. Their employees were very professional and kept us informed throughout the two day job. I needed my basement sewer drained.

James was great, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and the remedies. I feel very comfortable with Cellino Plumbing, will use them again, and highly recommend them.

Cellino was able to come out same day to give me a quote for work needed. The technician James was very knowledgeable; talked me through and showed me the issue, rather than just telling me. They were able to schedule the work we needed for the following week. Ken was on time, professional, kept us updated. He gave… Read full review

Always honest and professional work done from cellino plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about Cellino Plumbing and their excellent team. I run a small ministry in Buffalo and needed emergency repair of our sewer line. Excellent work and very pleasant to deal with the technicians.

Outstanding customer focus! Friendly and knowledgeable crew!

I liked several things about Cellino: 1- I received quotes from a few different companies and Cellino’s price was competitive. 2- The quote was itemized and it provided a best case & worse case price. 3- The crew that did the work was very professional and explained their process and what to expect. 4- The office… Read full review

Tom O was the main man in charge of a major sewage issue at my home. He was so kind, thorough, detail-oriented and patient, while helping rescue me from the most disgusting sewage issue I’ve ever witnessed, let alone in my own home. He was so patient to explain everything he was doing, next steps, possible causes...… Read full review

Absolutely incredible service. Super cold today and windy, the tech/plumber braved the elements and my service was 15 of 10. Above and beyond. Dan did a great job and did not give up even when he thought the possible worst. I will forever use this company now. Thank you thank you thank you.

The “vent” line for the bathroom side of the house had become plugged. The Cellino tech - Adam - diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Much to my dismay, I needed my main sewer line replaced this past October. Tony called me personally and Brendan even swung by and performed a camera inspection and showed me exactly where… Read full review

Cellino is great! Our plumber, John, was great! We're new homeowners and were nervous about being fleeced by a contractor. But John was patient with all of our questions, walked us through his diagnosis and plan, and quickly got our water flowing again. Cellino Plumbing is *our* go to for our home going forward.

Joel was an amazing technician! He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through every step of what he was doing and gave me a quote before he started any work. When he was done, he tested my lines to make sure I wasn’t backing up anymore and explained what the issue was and what would need… Read full review

Since moving into our home, we've become very familiar with the team at Cellino, for a variety of repairs. To top it off, we needed our driveway dug up to repair a root-infested sewer pipe.
