Good service. Great products. They have sales often on the weekends! My cats love all the toys I get from there and it's nice to give money to a local business!! 😻
We just adopted our pup, Olive, and the woman at the register gave a treat to our her. Our dog, Olive, isn’t food motivated, and the cashier was so sweet in letting her try different treats to see which one she liked best. We left the store with her new favorite treat. Great place and we will definitely go back!
I've been going to basis locations of Centinela Pet Feed for decades now! LOVE them! They're customer service is ACE for sure and they don't sell animals!! Which a BIG plus for me and many kind people who care.

You mean to tell me that you couldn’t change the option for my refund before I signed the terminal and before you swiped the gift card? Communication is important in retail operations and sadly you failed to communicate…
