Tim did a great job on our kitchen repairs and remodel! After a leak caused major damage, he was able to completely restore our kitchen in less than a month. He was prompt, communicative, and the end product turned out beautifully.

Tim and his crew tackled our unique project, creating a built in bar underneath a staircase. His input in our initial design was invaluable, the craftsmanship of his team was impeccable, and they were able to modify and adapt the design mid-project. We’re super happy and impressed with the final result!

I have had Tim and his crew complete several jobs for me from remodeling to fencing. They are very good at what they do, professional and give their 100% every job. Tim, the owner is always open to my ideas and bids them fairly.
I will continue to use this company for all of my project needs.

I have an older RV I had just bought and wanted some modifications done to my overcab. Tim said to drive to his office so he could give me a quote. Right away I knew that Tim knew his stuff. On the morning they did the work, Tim explained to his 2 workers exactly what to do and how to do it. The 2 workers were excellent. They did an even better job than I had hoped for. I can highly recommend Central Valley Property for any modifications or repairs you may need for your home.
