Great service from Timothy. Very friendly and fast awesome job on the windows they look great.
It all seemed good until the hour after they left. Our windows almost look worse now than they did. There’s these stains left that look like streaks going down our windows and the corners of our windows are still full of dirt. It seemed like these people were in a big hurry and did not care about the quality of the work.
Your service representative Timothy was very professional, and very thorough. As he came into our store and saw that our glass inside the store was a little dirty he decided to wipe those down for us. And we do think him for that.
