I’m so thankful to have found Century Pilates. Emily and her entire staff are so amazing and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much and gained so much strength through their training. Emily is the best! So kind, patient and encouraging in her training and the studio is stunning!
This studio is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a fitness studio and more like a beautiful home. The space is warm, inviting, impeccably maintained, and instantly puts you at ease. Emily and Lacey are exceptional instructors. Their knowledge of classical Pilates is evident in every session, and they have a gift for making each client feel seen, encouraged, and supported. They pay close attention to form and technique while creating an environment that is both challenging and welcoming. Since starting here, I’ve become stronger, more flexible, and more connected to my body than ever before. Every class is thoughtfully planned, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. If you’re looking for authentic classical Pilates instruction in a beautiful, welcoming setting, I cannot recommend this studio enough. Century Pilates is like no other! I’ve been going for 3 months now and I love it! Lacey, Kelly and Emily are all so sweet. They are all incredible instructors. Lacey has been training me well, I feel stronger with every class and my sciatic pain is gone! I also love the vibe! It’s beautiful and it’s not crowded. I learn something new every class. The instructors are there for you with every step to teach you true classical Pilates. I know now with Lacey’s help that one inch of a move makes a huge difference in Pilates and my body thanks you! 🫶🏽
