First time with Cerrone's getting a standard service on my Audi A5. Very professional - loved the detailed updates on the progress. I also liked the list of additional services that I could choose to do or defer. No pressure - just information. Definitely going back next time.

These guys fix cars, period. Bring in a puzzle and they solve it. Instead of swapping parts and charging a premium they figure out what's going on and do the correct repair. I very highly recommend Cerrones.

Cerrone's European specializes in servicing Jaguar's and Land Rovers. I have found the owner to be very honest, and the work performed has been first class. I own a Jaguar and found both San Francisco Jaguar and San Jose Jaguar lacking in customer service and competence...high prices and shoddy service.

Cerrone's European does such a GREAT job on our vehicles. The Range Rover (2014) serviced today has over 340,000 miles on it. This incredible automotive feat is completely due to the years of consistent service from Cerrone's. FIVE STARS FOR SURE! Even the local Land Rover dealer is shaking their head. Always grateful to Cerronne’s. Have been servicing our cars for years. When something needs to get fixed - they take care of it. This time we had a warning light that proved no action needed. They are professional, honest and fair. Highly recommend.

I have done business with them for years. I trust them tell me what service should be done, or must be done. I have found many cheaper garages jack up the bill. They don’t do that.

I brought my Audi Q3 in for its 50k mile service and I can’t imagine a better service experience. They provided me with a loaner and the service was transparent and fast.

I had a very good experience with Cerrone's European auto repair. My car is now running smoothly. I was informed about the problems that my car had before the work was done. I was informed about the price before the car was fixed.

These guys have it figured out, fast communication with text messages and a status website detailing what services are being done and proposed means no surprises. They added photos of everything before doing any work. Friendly people helps too!

Wonderful in-person customer service and they will also provide you with text updates. Advance notice about any issues that may have arisen before they start work. Accurate estimates. All around, a great organization and great service.

Cerrones has been servicing my cars for many years. They always do an excellent job and I'm sure I will continue using them for years to come.

I recently bought a 94 Land Rover Defender 90 NAS and I wanted the Cerrone team to look it over and take care of any immediate needs. We are not working out various modifications we want to do. Frank was extremely helpful and it is clear this is THE shop in the Bay Area for Defenders.
