I brought the car in to inspect the brakes and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I’ve had squeaky brakes for some time and no one was able to correctly diagnose the problem. They also diagnosed some other issues with the car. Great shop. Very professional

I don’t think there’s another shop that would have understood the problem. Of course, the dealer knew what was going on, but I was told either to make major repairs or simply abandon the car. With Robert, I wasn’t afraid to tell what I understood about the issue. Not only did he confirm my understanding, but he also instructed me on what I needed to do to get the car ready. He made a few fixes and I followed his instructions. I passed the smog test without having to spend a huge amount of money replacing parts that weren’t necessary for this very old car that I drive very little but am not ready to let go of. Thanks a million to Robert and all of Cerrone’s staff!
