Second time bringing my car here. Exes took care of the rock chip perfectly. Great communication and great service. Made appointment for 10:30am and was ready to start at 10:30. Thank you!
Professional work done with exceptional attention to detail at a great price. Suad is the only person who has European comfort glass for older BMW models in the area and he's the only person I trust to work on any of my cars windshields.
After being quoted 2k+ at dealers, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing pricing and repair services provided by Suad and Exel Autoglass. Suad found some time on the weekend to replace my glass for a great price, answered all of my questions, and gave advice on car maintenance non related to the issue. Amazing…
They repaired a small but deep crack on my windshield, and they were able to repair it within a couple of hours. I was shocked that the repair was done so well; it is nearly invisible, despite having many small spider lines and tangible splinters. Appreciated the kind interaction and expertise. This is now my go-to auto glass pro.
If you want your BMW treated with the same care it received in Bavaria, bring it to Suad at Exel Autoglass. I drove in with a cracked X7 windshield dreading the usual Silicon Valley runaround, and left feeling like I'd found the kind of specialist that used to exist only in Munich side streets. I had a broken window fixed by them, and I was so impressed by their service. They completed the repair quickly, with great care, and were very responsive throughout the whole process. They even cleaned up all the broken glass pieces. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Suad's German training shows in everything - the precision, the cleanliness, the no-nonsense communication that Bavarian craftsmen are famous for. He quoted me a fair price, stuck to it exactly, and finished on time. No upselling, no surprises, no theater. The X7 came back looking factory-fresh. Glass seated perfectly, calibration done right. Bayern would approve. If you're in Palo Alto and your BMW needs glass work, skip the dealership and skip the national chains. The Bavarian standard of work is alive and well at 2362 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View. Exel Autoglass. Suad knows his BMWs.
