Cerrone's European Auto Specialists

First time with Cerrone's getting a standard service on my Audi A5. Very professional - loved the detailed updates on the progress. I also liked the list of additional services that I could choose to do or defer. No pressure - just information. Definitely going back next time.

The experience of service was phenomenal. These guys are open and honest. They are not trying to sell you things you don’t need. They are fair, definitely not pushy in any way and they listen to your concerns. They are respectful and treat you as a valuable customer. I highly recommend them.

This whole team is GREAT!! Every aspect of dealing with them was perfect... from estimate, service picture detail reporting, to super quick completion and pick-up. I've always used the Jaguar dealer for service, but the Cerrone's team will take care of my Jaguar XK from now on! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to Cerrones for the last 15 years and trust Frank, Tyler and team. They have been nothing but professional, friendly and HONEST. people unlike other places or even dealers who try to take you for all you've got. Their prices are fair and much less than the dealership since they don't have to pay for… Read full review

Cerrone's European does such a GREAT job on our vehicles. The Range Rover (2014) serviced today has over 340,000 miles on it. This incredible automotive feat is completely due to the years of consistent service from Cerrone's. FIVE STARS FOR SURE! Even the local Land Rover dealer is shaking their head. Thank You Frank, Tyler and Robert!!!!

I have done business with them for years. I trust them tell me what service should be done, or must be done. I have found many cheaper garages jack up the bill. They don’t do that.

I like the pictures of what needs repairing. Very good communication and knowledge of the repair. Got the car done on time!

Annie & Tyler at Cerrone’s European are the absolute BEST! After having a lot unexpected & unresolved issues with my Range Rover, I needed to find a new mechanic so I tried Cerrone’s in Redwood City. Annie was so warm & kind on the phone and got me on the schedule ASAP. I was extremely impressed with how quickly… Read full review

These guys have it figured out, fast communication with text messages and a status website detailing what services are being done and proposed means no surprises. They added photos of everything before doing any work. Friendly people helps too!

Wonderful in-person customer service and they will also provide you with text updates. Advance notice about any issues that may have arisen before they start work. Accurate estimates. All around, a great organization and great service.

Cerrone's always does a good job and they provide a loaner car, which is great! I've been very satisfied with all the work they've done. They also point out work that needs to be done.

They were extremely professional and accommodating. Would definately return for any kind of work I needed on either my Audi or Honda
