This company REFUSES to work on a resolution. They ignored a BBB report and told the Attorney General they would not work on a resolution. Zero, and i mean zero accountability with thid company. They screwed up and refuse to own it. Claim filed with BBB and they remain unresponsive. Avoid! You get what you pay… Read full review

Great job on the painting. One minor issue that was resolved promptly. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone who asks.

Always do a great job and leave the place completely cleaned up

Very quick and responsive for quote and getting us on the schedule. Price seemed very fair. The team patched holes for us. I wish they would have removed the outlet covers and caulked the windows like the site manager had said they would but it still looks great. I’m sure I only notice as I’m the home owner.

I've used CertaPro Painters multiple times including for a couple of interior projects (bedrooms and ceilings) and an exterior project where they painted a couple sides of my house that needed it. Each of these experiences has been very positive! Everything was excellent from the initial bid to the closeout. I've… Read full review

After CertaPro painted our exterior home we were so happy with the high quality work we hired them for a second job to paint interior rooms. They communicated great and did what they said they would.

CertaPro did an outstanding job painting the interior of a condo we recently purchased in Mid Town Crossing. The original scope was to repaint the walls with 2 coats of the color we selected. The painters were extremely polite, professional, and did great work. I will continue using CertaPro for my home painting needs.

I had CertaPro Painters paint my new to me townhome. They painted all the walls and ceilings. They did a good job, some smaller messes left of paint splatters on my baseboards/trim. But nothing major. I think they did a good job for the price I paid.

We used CertaPro painters for our office remodel. They did a phenomenal job. I will definitely recommend CertaPro for any other painting projects.

I have used them on several projects for interior painting and some drywall repair. Jarrod even made a few professional recommendations regarding some prep work and I am extremely pleased with the results. I already have them scheduled for some future exterior paint projects as well.

I had CertaPro in to paint my stair railing that had flaking, peeling paint on it. They did a fantastic job and worked very efficiently. They arrived later on a Friday afternoon and were finished and cleaned up by the next morning. They would've been done on Friday but it needed time to dry before a second coat. The… Read full review

Professional and do a good job!

They have gun nut, far right rude men working for them. Just know their workers might be armed when they are at your house. I wouldn’t allow them on my property.

We hired CertaPro to paint the main areas in our home including the ceilings. They were very professional and got the job done quicker than expected. They were very easy to work with and will use them again.

Jerrod, Jodi and the crew at CertaPro were awesome! We had some schedule changes on our end, and they were very accommodative. The crew on site was very professional and friendly. The price quoted was not unreasonable. What really impressed me was the quality of the work.
