I have been going to Certified Automotive Repair Service since I moved to San Antonio 24 years ago and have never had a problem with their service. When they diagnosed os your car, they not only identify the problem but provide options for repairs. You will never find a better Repair service.

Very very poor communication. I had to call every time to get an update they never once contacted me out their own volition. Worst of all they plainly gave up diagnosing my vehicle. What kind of auto shop gives up? Friendly staff, but giving up on what's supposed to be your job is crazy.
