And after them telling me that the recalls had nothing to do with my transmission issues and them telling me I had to pay 10 to 11,000 dollars to get it repaired. I gave chris a call at certified transmission in Olathe, and I must say, it was the best decision I made. They were very honest, knowledgeable and fair with the price. My truck was repaired in 2 days. And now it runs like new. I'm very grateful and wanted to say thanks to Chris and the entire certified transmission crew, they did a great job.
