Made an appointment, had great communication via text AND call, and the evaluation cost was much cheaper than anticipated which was great for a diagnostic. My problem ended up NOT being transmission related and they didnt try to sell me on anything unnecessary, which was also nice. Will be back for regular service. 190k miles on a 2011 jeep compass.
