VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything and the process. Dropped off my car prior to work and it was done before I was through with my day. Had the transmission oil and filter changed. I am hoping to get another 150,000 out of my car and I know this was a great decision to help make that happen.

I was having transmission issues came to certified transmission and they helped me get everything fixed. They replaced my transmission and got everything taken care of super quick very professional group of people answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with these guys! Replacing a transmission is not pleasant, but if you have to do it work with this shop. They were very clear and descriptive of all they would do and what the costs were up front. No games were played, the work got done promptly and the warranty was explained fully.

There’s a reason they have 5 stars. They are spectacular. Communication is on point, they inform you every step of the process as well as helped me with my cars warranty. They provide great work and go above and beyond for their customers. Easiest repair I’ve ever dealt with. They are the right choice.

Great service, they really work with you to resolve any issue. Much better deal than taking your car to the dealer for transmission replacement.

Chris and the entire team were amazing to work with! From constant communication, dealing with my warranty, helping arrange a rental to going above and beyond when the first replacement transmission wasn’t up to their standards. I will be a customer for a very long time.
