Certified Transmission

Very transparent on pricing. Technically very capable. Vehicle ran better coming out than going in.

I was on a road trip across South Dakota and Kansas with my family and our Surburban started having some issues. I found Certified Transmission online and gave them a call. Chris was able to get me in and diagnosed that day and had my transmission replaced the next day so we could continue our trip. He was honest… Read full review

Great service and helpful staff!

They were very informative and helpful! They clearly explained the process and took the time to explain it. I trust their work.Thank you!

Certified was helpful in deciding whether it made sense to replace the transmission in a 2010 minivan.

I have a 2017 Ford F150, took it to the dealer for several transmission recalls. And after them telling me that the recalls had nothing to do with my transmission issues and them telling me I had to pay 10 to 11,000 dollars to get it repaired. I gave chris a call at certified transmission in Olathe, and I must say,… Read full review

Chris was very helpful, keeping us informed and updated along the way, and stood up to the warranty company who tried to screw us over.

Chris and his team were awesome to work with and took great care of us throughout the whole process…. When you are looking for an honest and reliable Transmission company look no further, these guys are the best!

These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. They quoted a price upfront and provided a completion date. They did a fantastic job replacing the transmission and engine mounts in my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. I also took the 3 yr/100,000 Nationwide warranty. Price was as quoted and job completed on… Read full review

VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything and the process. Dropped off my car prior to work and it was done before I was through with my day. Had the transmission oil and filter changed. I am hoping to get another 150,000 out of my car and I know this was a great decision to help make that happen.

Chris and his team were professional, helpful, and thorough with my service. I recommend giving them a try!

Well I must say this place is awesome to get your transmission worked on and it was very affordable and Chris at the front desk was out of this world with his hospitality and makes you feel like family and not just a customer so I'll again this place rocks

Chris is fantastic, easy to work with and very helpful.

Good nice service

Customer service, communication and repair work was outstanding. I would certainly recommend it to others.

10 days in, and the transmission runs like a top! Great service, exactly as advertised, no gimmicks, no changes. No drama. Wasn’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Fingers crossed for 100k miles.

Amazing service! Chris was a god send!!! Tell all ur friends!!

I was having transmission issues came to certified transmission and they helped me get everything fixed. They replaced my transmission and got everything taken care of super quick very professional group of people answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with these guys! Replacing a transmission is not pleasant, but if you have to do it work with this shop. They were very clear and descriptive of all they would do and what the costs were up front. No games were played, the work got done promptly and the warranty was explained fully.

It’s been 30 days since the transmission work was done. I am very pleased with the repair and all related matters. Chris and crew lived up to their word. I would highly recommend them. They say what they mean and mean what they say!!!!!

Very trusted services for my 5.0 mustang, replaced my clutch and flywheel

These folks are the best. They stand behind everything they do. I will not go anywhere else for transmission work.

Back a few years ago After routine Transmission service of my 2012 Chev Silverado, Certified on San ta Fe in Olathe, they couldn't figure out how after serving my truck , where the repair light popped up. So I ended up going to their Shawnee KS shop ,and they also couldn't figure out the Trouble Light Issue, so the… Read full review

There’s a reason they have 5 stars. They are spectacular. Communication is on point, they inform you every step of the process as well as helped me with my cars warranty. They provide great work and go above and beyond for their customers. Easiest repair I’ve ever dealt with. They are the right choice.

Great service, they really work with you to resolve any issue. Much better deal than taking your car to the dealer for transmission replacement.

Chris took care of all my needs and was very helpful and honest thank you for taking care of all my needs

This company was a second opinion. It is quite a decision to have to make, new transmission, or a new car in today’s economy. All the gentlemen there in Olathe, took their time to explain exactly what the work was and why it needed to be done and what actually did not need to be done from another quote I had. I… Read full review

Great experience from start to finish. Top notch facility.

Chris and the entire team were amazing to work with! From constant communication, dealing with my warranty, helping arrange a rental to going above and beyond when the first replacement transmission wasn’t up to their standards. I will be a customer for a very long time.

Great service and no complaints after getting transmission repaired. Car was completed quickly with good work.

From first call through the end, I felt that I was given the straight up information I needed. Chris explained everything, gave me an ETA of when transmission replacement would be complete, which they improved upon by three days, and when they discovered couple of other items that needed to be replaced, the pricing… Read full review

Big shout-out to this shop! Great group of guys and they do awesome work. Very trustworthy and professional. There is no comparison when it comes to transmission work and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Good and complete work by this company. Maybe a little pricey but what is not pricey these days.

Good service, fair price, convenient location.

Great service

I have been to several transmission shops and this one takes the cake. Extremely clean and well maintained. Best customer service I have ever experienced in an automotive repair shop. This is and will be the only transmission repair shop I will ever take my vehicle to. If you want the best, come to this shop.

They were polite, knowledgeable and honest with cost up front. They also advised me that the repairs would be completed in about 8 days, they had it fixed in 3. I went with Certified Transmission because of warranty, reviews and co workers that have used them and were very satisfied. Thank you

They inspected my car and were very honest!, they check it very well and explained everything very thoroughly. Worked fast and very communicative about and along the process. Definitely recommended them!.

Really, pleased with service! Got a new transmission

Very nice and friendly. Explained everything that need done. The main thing they called me and kept me updated.

Friendly staff made the experience pleasant. Would recommend Olathe Certified Transmission to anyone needing transmission service.

Chris was pleasant to work with.

Excellent work. Staff was very courteous and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Totally satisfied with the experience.

Excellent service! Fast and friendly, kept me informed along the way! Answered all my questions and gave excellent advice!!

The transmission was leaking, another Certified transmission shop said it would be over $800.00 to take care of it. The guys in Olathe that installed the transmission took care of the leak for a little over $150. Thanks Olathe, that was HUGE!

To say im amazed is an understatement, the quoted price was right around what i paid other than a few gaskets and a transmission mount, and was leagues below from what other shops had quoted. the turnaround time for a full transmission replacement was right around a week and chris was a pleasure to work with.

Solid 5 star review. Great public relations from Chris before and after repairs were made. Timely repair service and reasonable price. Really appreciated Chris very thoroughly going over all the repairs that were made explaining the differences between my old transmission and the new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Andrew are the BEST! I called many places. Even went somewhere else at first. HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did Chris remember me months later but they both helped with my manual transmission replacement and diagnostics. Trust me, they care. The kindness in everyone here is what women need when speaking to a… Read full review

They are my number one go to service shop. Chris and Andrew are amazing, very professional and very knowledgeable about their product. The turnaround time is great, follow up is phenomenon, great quality work, they are honest and prices are fair.

My truck needed a new transmission and was quoted 9,000, I called this place where I was quoted 5,800. Brought it in on a weekend and got my truck back the same week with a new transmission put in. Everything is running great with the vehicle and communication with Chris was also great.

Customer service has become a thing of the past in business today. Certified transmissions hasn’t lost sight of that, and makes it a forefront of how they treat their customers. Chris explained the process in a way I could understand. And consistently contacted me providing updates of the progress regarding the… Read full review

It was time for some preventative maintenance and these guys were great! Booked in just a few days and almost half the cost my dealer wanted to charge for the same service. Big thanks to Chris, Andrew, and John for making this a pleasant visit.

These guys know what they’re doing!!! Great business

They were professional & did a good job replacing my transmission. I highly recommend them 👌

Had a transmission flush done and my car is running great. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that got me in sooner than anticipated. Highly recommend

Wow...I am sorry I can only give 5 stars! We were sure our transmission was going out on our 2011 Impala; come to find out its all computer engine code related! Thank God for honesty and integrity! We will never go anywhere else. Andrew, Aaron and team are supurb!

I just left certified transmission in Olathe. The service was outstanding! I highly recommend them

Transmission went on my way from Pennsylvania to Colorado. Andrew and the crew had a new trans installed in week. Flew back out to Olathe and resumed my trip. Andrew even offered to put me up in his home while the install was underway! Andrew called me to see how the trans was performing. So far so good. My only… Read full review

Olathe Location- Andrew and the techs were communicative through the whole process. Very easy process. I appreciate you guys.

The folks at Certified Transmission went above and beyond. I would 100% send anyone there I knew that needed transmission work!

Andrew’s customer service is amazing! If you need good , fare mechanics this is your place.

My car started jerking when in sertain gears. Came in for a transmission repair. Turnes out one of the cylinders was misfiring. I changed an ignition coil and no issues now. Really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop for a transmission service!

I had called around to get estimates for my truck - to perform a transmission fluid exchange and filter replacement. It's just a hair under 90k, no one would do it. I reached out online to Certified Transmission, gave some info - scheduled my drop off appt. Andrew called me the morning of my appt - asked a few… Read full review

They were very professional, nice, and our car’s transmission is working again, we also applied for a 6 month no interest card to pay off the costs of the job. Thank you, thank God.

Had a transmission service done. Very nice people and the price was the most reasonable I found. They scanned for codes and gave me some recommendations on service's I need soon at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.

The staff was incredibly communicative and kept me updated throughout the transmission replacement process. They worked with my extended warranty company to install the transmission in a timely manner. I can’t recommend Certified Transmission enough.

They were very kind, professional, and had a better price than what the dealership was going to charge to do the fuild flush and replacement. They added the shudder stop as requested and my car is running so much better.

Professional and fast! Andrew(I think, I'm bad with names) in the office was great to work with! My clutch needed replaced and as soon as they got the parts in they started working on my car and it was done in less than 2 days. Prices felt fair as well!

From the first call to the follow up appointment after the repair the customer service, professionalism, level of detail in the communication has been extraordinarily. Certification Transmission does deserve their highly rated reviews.

Great guys to deal with. Quick service. Did complete transmission/differential service on my ‘14 4WD Silverado. Highly recommend

I had great service. Everything is working great

Being a single woman, you’re always fearful going to a shop by yourself. They got me in, in less than 24 hours. Fixed the issue I was having. Which was squirrels chewing wires up, and put my car into limp mode. The guys were great! From customer service which was superb!! To the mechanic who fixed my car!! I am so… Read full review

I have a 2007 2500 Dodge ram with a 5.9 four-wheel drive they did a transmission service changed out the transfer case and the drive shaft my truck was in bad shape they got it done 4 days and a very good price on it they took care of my truck and me I am very happy that I took my truck to certified transmission

Great communication, timing, and price!

I have had to have Certified Transmission diagnose and replace two transmissions (daughter's car and my SUV). On each occasion, Andrew and his team have been responsive, thorough, professional, and delivered a quality repair. I would not go anywhere else.

My Nissan was making a thumping sound at low speeds. The Nissan dealer said it needed a new transfer case that would cost $5100 dollars. When Certified did the diagnostic they determined it was an issue with lug nuts on the tires being too loose. Ended up spending less than $300. Very happy with them.

Efficient, professional, and friendly putting out a great product

Fantastic and speedy service. Everything was explained to me in detail by Andy and the total costs was $600 less than a previous quote from another garage for the exact same repair.

Certified Transmission arranged tow, found found parts and repaired my vehicle within the proposed time period. Very happy with the service they provide.

They do a great job! If Certified doesn't know how to service a transmission properly then nobody does!!

Easy to work with. Explained the work needed and all cost associated.

Super nice staff. Very attentive. Did everything possible to keep cost low and get work completed quickly. Went extra mile. Really know customer service

I went there as my regular mechanic referred them. I was getting second opinion from them and they came back with the exact same thing and pricing was fare. I loved how they took care of my car and took time to explain as I am novice on car issues. Recommend them highly.

They were super nice and helped me get what I needed done really quickly.

They where friendly and the place was clean

Andrew was the best. He never made me feel stupid about any of my questions and he was very helpful. I would use them again.
