VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything and the process. Dropped off my car prior to work and it was done before I was through with my day. Had the transmission oil and filter changed. I am hoping to get another 150,000 out of my car and I know this was a great decision to help make that happen.

I was having transmission issues came to certified transmission and they helped me get everything fixed. They replaced my transmission and got everything taken care of super quick very professional group of people answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with these guys! Replacing a transmission is not pleasant, but if you have to do it work with this shop. They were very clear and descriptive of all they would do and what the costs were up front. No games were played, the work got done promptly and the warranty was explained fully.

They provide great work and go above and beyond for their customers. Easiest repair I’ve ever dealt with. They are the right choice.

I have been to several transmission shops and this one takes the cake. Extremely clean and well maintained. Best customer service I have ever experienced in an automotive repair shop. This is and will be the only transmission repair shop I will ever take my vehicle to. If you want the best, come to this shop.

The transmission was leaking, another Certified transmission shop said it would be over $800.00 to take care of it. The guys in Olathe that installed the transmission took care of the leak for a little over $150. Thanks Olathe, that was HUGE!

To say im amazed is an understatement, the quoted price was right around what i paid other than a few gaskets and a transmission mount, and was leagues below from what other shops had quoted. the turnaround time for a full transmission replacement was right around a week and chris was a pleasure to work with.

They are my number one go to service shop. Chris and Andrew are amazing, very professional and very knowledgeable about their product. The turnaround time is great, follow up is phenomenon, great quality work, they are honest and prices are fair.

My truck needed a new transmission and was quoted 9,000, I called this place where I was quoted 5,800. Brought it in on a weekend and got my truck back the same week with a new transmission put in. Everything is running great with the vehicle and communication with Chris was also great.

I have a 2007 2500 Dodge ram with a 5.9 four-wheel drive they did a transmission service changed out the transfer case and the drive shaft my truck was in bad shape they got it done 4 days and a very good price on it they took care of my truck and me I am very happy that I took my truck to certified transmission

Great communication, timing, and price!

I have had to have Certified Transmission diagnose and replace two transmissions (daughter's car and my SUV). On each occasion, Andrew and his team have been responsive, thorough, professional, and delivered a quality repair. I would not go anywhere else.

My Nissan was making a thumping sound at low speeds. The Nissan dealer said it needed a new transfer case that would cost $5100 dollars. When Certified did the diagnostic they determined it was an issue with lug nuts on the tires being too loose. Ended up spending less than $300. Very happy with them.
