Chad Miller Auto Care

Chad miller is an amazing auto shop. I’ve been getting work done since I took my 2016 Nissan Sentra to them back in February. They are always quick to get the job done, and charge fair prices. Everyone is always kind, professional and quick with their help! Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re in the San Antonio Area!

This is the first time I've come here and all I can say is I wish all mechanics were as friendly, straight-forward, courteous, and flexible as he is. Even his team when you call is very nice and courteous to you. He understands the problem, helps where he can and tells you what you need and doesn't at all try to… Read full review

Chad and his team are the best! Always honest and the work they do is excellent!

No issue with the inspection or work quality. My problem is that they wanted to charge me $600 for coolant and brake flush since it was convenient and vehicle was already there. I initially said yes because I trusted them but it felt alittle expensive so I declined it before the call was over. I made a few calls and… Read full review

Professional good communication friendly Great Service

When I walked in the owner was very busy, and for good reason. Quick turnaround with my service, detailed problems with my vehicle (that I will return to to get maintenanced), and understanding of my financial restraints that we all have when it comes to car repairs. I had to get control arms replaced and my car… Read full review

Thanks for a great experience! Your professional and honest repair of different issues on my vehicles have been great . Thanks for a job well done and Chad Miller Auto Care has definitely earned a life long customer because of this.

Love Chad and his team. Although my car was being stubborn they never stopped trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Even had it for days diagnosing it when I decided it was time to just take my loss and trade it in for a new car. Thank you again to the team that I will always choose to go back to for any maintenance needed on my new car.

I have been a customer of this marvelous establishment for many years, and have never been disappointed. Their honesty, dependability, and friendliness are salient, and I know I am in good hands.

Excellent Service, Expert Technicians I recently took my F150 in for repairs. Chad and I discussed what my vehicle might need and the team proceeded to diagnose the cause. All repairs were discussed with me in advance for my approval. That was a great sign that I was dealing with a 5 Star Auto Repair business. I… Read full review

Helped me fix my car after someone tried to steal it! Everyone was so nice and they worked really fast and were very open about pricing! The timeline they told me at the beginning was almost spot on. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

These guys are the best at what they do. They are honest and will tell you what needs to be done to your vehicle. Will never do work that isn't needed. I would not want anyone else doing minor or major work on my car,

2nd visit for different maintenance service. Awesome service same as my first visit. Reasonable price and good turnaround time. Will continue using them as needed.

Absolutely a real honest genuine guy! I really appreciate the knowledge he helps me with. Fast and great pricing!

One of the most knowledgeable group of mechanics I’ve encountered! Was out on the road in less than a day where my usual place didn’t have time for me. Thank you Chad and Richard.

Best place in town. My 2010 Ford Truck is running like a champ again thanks to Chad Miller Auto Care.

I've been a customer for a couple of years and have been extremely satisfied with the work they have done on my Mazda 3. I leave feeling confident that the problem has been resolved. They are the kind of business that will send a mechanic with you to drive around the block if you don't know exactly what the… Read full review

The most caring wholesome dad energy!!! I pretty much despise anything that has to do with car maintenance, but the team at Chad Miller Auto Care make me feel SO cared for. This is an honest and reliable mechanic shop, we are so glad we came to Chad. He helped my husband and I out with a vehicle inspection and provided us with a complete overview of the status of the vehicle. Chad and his team are among the most honest, trust worthy mechanics I have ever worked with. They stand firm behind their warranty of work and I respect them tremendously. I will always take my vehicles to this honorable team.

Had to have my wife’s Infinity towed to Chad Miller because it broke down on 1604. Chad and his team worked with us and third party warranty company to get us back on the road quickly and at a great price. Communication was great over the phone and via text. I would highly recommend Chad anytime.

Honest, trustworthy, quick turnaround, friendly and affordable Mechanical shop. Have been going to Chad and his team for 6 years. I drive from the other side of town just to keep returning. Thank you for always helping us get what we need both of our vehicles. Appreciate that y’all are always upfront with what is… Read full review

I chose this shop based on the positive reviews it has received. I had paid a diagnostic fee at another shop but chose Chad Miller to do the repairs. When they called couple days later for the estimate I asked about the diagnostic fee. I could not understand why there was a diagnostic fee when I already wanted… Read full review

Great service as usual. Will continue to come here for any auto needs. I used to come here because it was near work and had good reviews. Now it’s a longer drive but I will continue to come here when my car needs work. Great guys, great work. Thank you Chad and team.

Took car in for 02 sensor malfunctioning and electrical system. They keep me in the loop with what they were doing and what they found. Great team and great prices. Highly recommend

Chad and his team are top notch. I have a 2005 with over 230,000 miles on it that they have helped me keep on the road for years. Their prices are fair. Their customer service is excellent. I trust them explicitly with my car. I just brought in my uncle’s car for them to service too! If you need a trustworthy, high… Read full review

Timing chain and water pump replaced. Very happy with the work performed. Came out lower than the estimate. Very professional. Will definitely use again. Charles

I got a few estimates for my GMC Acadia that was overheating before deciding to go with Chad Miller Auto. I read through Google reviews and saw that they were one of the best rated auto care providers in the area. I have to say that I see why they have a 5 * rating. Their customer service was excellent and the… Read full review

We have going here for years and have always had a great experience. The mechanics explain everything in detail so you are never confused about anything and they do a stellar job. My car has some miles but they keep it working perfectly

I've been taking my vehicles to Chad for many, many years. He and his crew always do good work, he charges a fair price, and he provides exceptional customer service. In this instance, my truck had an intermittent noise in the front end. Turned out to be a loose engine mount. It took a little over an hour to make… Read full review

A good auto care place is hard to find, but this one is everything I could have asked for. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They tell you what you need to know about your car and coat of repairs, and don't try to push anything extra onto you. Amazing experience and I will definitely be back!

Blown away by the customer service. I had an issue with my car still running after I removed the keys from the ignition. I knew I had to get it looked at promptly before more issues started so I headed straight to the shop and prayed I would get there without breaking down. Without question they quickly diagnosed… Read full review

I went in today because I ran over a curb and I had something hanging off the bottom of my car. I went in and spoke to the man at the front desk who was very friendly. I don't know the name of the man who repaired my car, but he was a very nice gentleman who even offered to have the repair free of charge. I couldn't… Read full review

I went to Chat Miller AC this morning. New to San Antonio, I was looking for a good place to take my FRS and I think I found it. They did a great job. Great service, on time, nice lobby. I'll be back for my next service.

Everyone is great at communicating the issues with the car and being very clear about required repairs and remaining true to estimates. My insurance company was not very easy to deal with and Chad was great about working through with them and making sure my repairs would get completed. The staff was amazing! I walked in because my maintenance required light and my tire pressure lights were on and they helped me out within 10 minutes. These guys were super kind, considerate, and accommodating. 10/10 I will be returning.

Chad Miller is awesome!!! Had my battery die on me and needed to get it changed, even though it was a busy day they still had time to take my car on and get it taken care of!! Super friendly and super helpful, will be back for further automotive care!
