Chad miller is an amazing auto shop. I’ve been getting work done since I took my 2016 Nissan Sentra to them back in February. They are always quick to get the job done, and charge fair prices. Everyone is always kind, professional and quick with their help! Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re in the San Antonio Area!

It was a little pricey (around $365), but for the very good service I received, I will definitely come back here if I ever need car repairs done again. 10/10, would come back.

I was place on a brief hold then I was told they there were placing in the garage now so it was be look at. This was around 130… so mind you my car had been sitting there for 3 hours for no reason. Around 251 I received a phone call stating that they need to look at the transmission and I ask if they can get to it today which they replied yes we can. It’s 526 they closed at 530 I HEARD NOTHING I called and ask the status and they said they couldn’t figure it out…. …I ask what time you closed and was told 530, So yall wasn’t going to say anything to me at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I get thinks happen, but not calling your customers and wasting their time is very unprofessional I had to pay for a uber and wasted my day off only to be disrespected like this. Lastly, they sent me a text saying my key is in the lock box… couldn’t even wait for me to get their to have a conversation about my car….CLASSLESS! I would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!
