I had a great experience with Carter. My outside unit stopped working this morning and after calling Champion, Mr Carter arrived at my residence 2 1/2hrs later. He originally told me between 4pm-6pm however a previous job finished early and he arrived to fix my unit. He was finished in less than 30 mins. I would…
Very fast response, also reasonably priced. My HVAC unit (heat pump) died on a Saturday, in the middle of some hot and humid weather. Champion came immediately and assessed the problem, and had my house cool by Monday afternoon. Very professional, honest and reliable outfit. Highly recommended!
I was in my house DYING! The Champions team not only a real person picked up but they came the same day, which i’m beyond grateful for. Very knowledge, reliable, and thorough, which as a homeowner is major to me. He showed me exactly what his team was doing and steps I could take prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend!
Met Champion at a gas station. I noticed his work shirt and asked him about an hvac consultation. He kindly answered my questions and I asked if he could come take a look at my system because the last company told me that I needed to replace it. After a quick diagnostic, my system was up and running within minutes.…
Wilfred and his crew showed up on a Sunday to evaluate. In the hottest days of Summer- July in Atlanta- our compressor failed. He chased parts all day Monday and installed first thing Tuesday. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night on a hot Georgia weekend. We called Champion on Sunday morning at 9am, by 10:30am Wilfred had both arrived at our home and fixed the issue! He was so kind to work with and took his time to explain the problem so we understood what was happening. We are so thankful for Wilfred’s help!

Top notch crew! Super professional and always fair.
I’ve been using my HVAC technician (Jboo) since 2008, and he continues to exceed expectations every single time. He came out on short notice today and quickly fixed my air conditioning issue without any hassle. Reliable, honest, and always professional — it’s hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!
I contacted Champion on Facebook and did not know he was based out of Atlanta. He made his way to Birmingham and was here 20minutes. My home is the coldest it has ever been! Me and my kids are beyond excited!!!!
