Great service, available on short notice, fair rate, respectful, highly recommended. The day didn't start well. Our air conditioner went out yesterday. We knew the temperature would get well into the 80s today, so we tried to reach our contacts last night. We left messages but couldn't reach either of our…
Carter was very professional. He came an repaired my HVAC the same day I called. I would definitely recommend him.
Fast and reliable.. had good cold air flowing
AC went out on the first hot day of the season, no only did he come out quickly, he diagnosed the problem by sound, made the repair quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain what happened, along with post repair quality checks. Highly recommended, will use in the future when the time comes to replace units.
The technicians came out within an hour of call time. Carter walked me through the repair and made me feel extra comfortable. He was done within minutes and now my family is very comfortable! I highly recommend Champion to everyone

Arrived 30 minutes after I called, excellent service
I am so thankful for the service these guys provided. Like so many others in the Atlanta area I had heating issues and a pipe that burst during a recent bout of really frigid temperatures. I came home to find a pipe that burst on Christmas Day and they came out that evening to help turn off the water (showed me…
Champion came to the rescue in such short notice. Our pipes bursted and caused severe damage to our home. We called numerous of Plumbers and no one answered. Carter answered on the first ring and came out within an hour. He repaired all of my leaks and got my Furnace operable!!! I love those guys

I called hot and frustrated and they had a technician out the same day and he arrived earlier than the time provided. Mr. Melvin worked until he was able to “fix” the problem which required re-wiring and changing my contactor. My air was cooling my house like never before until 3 days later it started to make a loud…

Our a/c unit fizzled out on us over the weekend. It was warmer in the house than it was outsides. I texted my husband to reach out to Champion HVAC at 8:42AM today. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Champions HVAC (Melvin & Carter) were called to look at and perform general HVAC maintenance. To change a filter and top off freon they charged $300, but failed to provide a report of the HVAC unit, what services were actually done or even an invoice. 3 weeks later the…
