Champion HVAC & Plumbing

After calling at 7:55am, Marcus and Hassan came by my house under short notice. They arrived about 20 minutes later. They were professional and provided top tier service in restoring my A/C unit. I would recommend Champion for all future work/repairs.

I purposefully looked up a black owned HVAC company and this was the first company that popped up. The reviews sold me. I initially reached out on July 3 and they answered even though closed for the holiday. I reached out the following week on Monday and Melvin came out the same day. He was so down to earth and…

They were very professional and communicative. They have installed a whole new unit in under 3 hours.

Last minute request foe service and was before scheduled time. Efficient , courteous, and descriptive of issues. I would recommend using this service for HVAC and Plumbing.

I called Champion Hvac on a Monday evening and they immediately showed up to service my air and my home is very cool and I am very happy with the service . The pricing was reasonable and affordable for the services. Carter was very informative and skilled in the Hvac field.

Great service, available on short notice, fair rate, respectful, highly recommended. The day didn't start well. Our air conditioner went out yesterday. We knew the temperature would get well into the 80s today, so we tried to reach our contacts last night. We left messages but couldn't reach either of our…

This is the best service I have received in a long time. They were in time, affordable and knowledgeable. Carter explained to me everything that was wrong and the process to fix it. Most of all it was affordable!!!

These guys are very solid. Showed up early and ready to work. Very quick and efficient. Also have a much better price than a competing brand. Yep, also super nice guys. Would recommend them to anyone!

Arrived 30 minutes after I called, excellent service

My AC went out in the middle of the Georgia summer. Turns out my 20+ year old furnace had officially kicked the bucket. They came out and fixed it and were great. They were professional, timely and reasonably priced. The fact that it was a black owned company was a nice bonus. I highly recommend them!

The technicians came out within 90 minutes of me calling and had me going in 15 minutes. The guys were very knowledgable and professional. They allowed me to watch the repair and explained to me and my wife step by step. I truly appreciated the service.

Mr. Carter and his team were responsive, quick, and fair in their pricing. Will absolutely have them do our work again.

I called hot and frustrated and they had a technician out the same day and he arrived earlier than the time provided. Mr. Melvin worked until he was able to “fix” the problem which required re-wiring and changing my contactor. My air was cooling my house like never before until 3 days later it started to make a loud…

Our 30yr old AC went out during the last heat wave. These guys came out the same day we called and were able to get a new unit installed the next day. They were very friendly, honest, and helpful. The technician came out in 4th of July and repaired my system in no time. They are wonderful guys. I highly recommend these guys.

Incomplete and sloppy work. Ceiling tile not put back and thermostat left off the wall. Had insulation falling into our food, and caused mored issues on a cooling system then knowing what actual problem was. This company main concern was to get paid. Nice men and good for small jobs..

Came within 45 minutes of me calling to look at my AC unit. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within 20-30 minutes. Great guys, and great service! Would definitely recommend!!

Great Work and Great Communication very satisfied with the service. Very fast response our AC unit was changed within a day very fast service.

The gentleman was very flexible and accommodating to my hvac issue. He was very blunt and informative and even followed up to ensure that understood the information about the hvac and the required maintenance company. Thank you for your service .will continue to use this. Black owned and veteran owned.

As a real estate agent I need professionals I can rely on. Melvin was amazing. I called in the morning and he was there in the afternoon to inspect 3 AC units for my buyer clients. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

Carter from Champion HVAC & Plumbing was the best! I called him at 11:00 p.m. last night because my A/C unit was not working correctly. He assured me that he would service my unit the next day between 8:00-10:00 a.m. He was at my house before 8:00 a.m. He serviced my unit and was done in less than an hour. Thank you…
