If I could rate it negative stars I would. Champions HVAC (Melvin & Carter) were called to look at and perform general HVAC maintenance. To change a filter and top off freon they charged $300, but failed to provide a report of the HVAC unit, what services were actually done or even an invoice. 3 weeks later the…

Champion HVAC was available to visit my house within 24 hours of me first contacting them. They serviced my system and replaced my condensate pump for the amount quoted. Would recommend to those looking for HVAC services in the Decatur GA area.
