Mr. Carter came and got me taken care of quickly! He was here first thing in the morning and had the job completed by 9:30a.m.! Update: come to find out he sold me an overpriced knock off Trane that wasn’t even the correct size for my home. Had to have another professional come and fix his shoddy work.
My AC went out on Saturday and by Monday 12noon installation of the new unit was completed. Prompt and professional service at a reasonable cost. Give them a call you won’t regret it 🙌🏾
I had new AC and heat units installed by them, but the installation was faulty and I later discovered that air was blowing into my crawl space. I contacted them multiple times to correct the issue, and they kept scheduling appointments to come fix it, but then wouldn't show up and didn't provide any notice that they…
It only took Mr. Carter, Brandel & his team of consummate professionals at Champion HVAC & Plumbing a few hours to quickly & efficiently install a brand new working A/C unit during an unprecedented heatwave. This was after a 3 week period of tolerating the unbearable heat while waiting for the warranty company to…
He team was superb!! They gave us the best pricing compared to the other companies and did a phenomenal job at installing our new hvac unit. We will refer them to everyone we know that needs hvac service
Champion drove all of the way from Atlanta to install my my system. A local company tried to overcharge me and a friend referred Champion. They came out the very next morning. They were very professional and even allowed my son to get some training. Even paid him. Wow! I wish they were permanently here in…
These Google reviews must have been faked because this is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They left me and my family with $6000 worth of useless metal. The transformer on the new AC unit furnace was blown already. So they attached another transformer and it was blown as well. Champion…
I highly recommend Champion! I wanted to replace my 17 year old system so, I called several companies and learned that there aren’t many that service high rise condos. Carter and his team quickly came out and did an outstanding job! They were very professional, hardworking, and courteous. I will be referring my…
Everyone was professional, kind and on time! So happy we went with them after initially trying a different company. Definitely book Champion!
Great experience. Great price. Was happy to use a local family owned company. AC was down and they were able to replace system while we were out of town. Thankful to come home to a cool house.
My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and realized after closing that the HVAC was not working properly. I reached out to Carter and his team to explain the issue and they came out that same evening to diagnose the problem. They quickly discovered that our current unit was defective and we would need to…
Chmapion saved the day when our AC went out. They were super responsive, quick to come out for a look and then to do the install, and also just really nice guys! They had extremely good prices, compared to other quotes we got. Will be recommending them to others and would definitely use them again!
If you are looking for a team that is genuine and honest about their work, look no further. The Champion HVAC team answered my initial call promptly and someone was at my home the same day! Installation was scheduled for the following day and when Team members arrived, they immediately began working. You could tell…
My AC system failed, and Wilfred was able to see me almost immediately after I called. He professionally explained his diagnosis of my system, and his team was quick to return the next day to install my new AC at a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough, and I will certainly be in touch for any future…

Called another business out at first and their work did NOT last five weeks. Was back in the same situation (hot house) and not happy. Champion came out and did the job correctly. Replaced my old unit and had my house cool again and it didn’t take a long time. Very happy and would recommend.
We had an exceptional experience with Champion HVAC! Carter is professional, responsive, thorough, and efficient. He was able to quickly come out for an emergency service call when our regular HVAC company wasn't available to assist us. He swiftly diagnosed the issue, and gave us an honest assessment of the state…

*****BUYER| CUSTOMER BEWARE***** I am exercising my civic duty to make others aware of the service I received from this company, might I add, I was influenced by the reviews on the website to use this company.
