I interviewed several photographers and videographers in the Charleston area and ultimately chose Dennis because of his professionalism throughout the initial consultation and planning process. That same level of professionalism carried through to the proposal day itself, where there were a lot of moving pieces, tight coordination, and surprises to execute, all of which Dennis handled seamlessly. He went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, and I couldn’t be happier with how the photos and video turned out. Dennis with Charleston Photo Art was absolutely incredible and helped make one of the most important moments of our lives even more special.
This was a secret proposal, and from the very beginning Dennis made everything incredibly easy. He helped me, the groom, choose the perfect spot for the proposal and gave me helpful tips beforehand so he could capture the moment perfectly without giving anything away.
After she said yes, Dennis made both my bride-to-be and me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. He kept us laughing, made the entire experience fun and natural, and somehow captured some of the most amazing photos of us throughout beautiful downtown Charleston.
The photos are absolutely incredible, but just as importantly, the entire experience was something we’ll always remember. We truly could not have chosen a better photographer or asked for a better person to capture such a special moment.
