Excellent service. On time, finished the roof in one day, and Grady was great and kept me informed. I highly recommend Charleston Roofs and Windows
Was very pleased with everything that was done!
This was the Absolute BEST experience I have ever had for an expense of this kind. My salesperson Eric was easy to work with, my roofing Supervisor Grady was super communicative and really easy to talk to, and my Gutter installer Justin was neat, quick, and efficient. I had interviewed several other roofing and…
Horrible expensive experience. Two tone roof job for an 80 year old female on a fixed income. When we asked for a supervisor inspection we were asked to take a walkthrough or phone call from the same person who did the job. The carport which is attached is completely black with oyster colored shingles on the…
Very courteous and professional!
Very courteous and professional! Definitely recommend them. Pricing was very competitive.
The Charleston Roofs and Windows team did an amazing job on our roof replacement! We called them out for a roof leak and they had the whole roof done three days later! The new roof looks great and we would definitely recommend!

Charleston Roof crew paid attention to details. Even our neighbors remarked how well they repaired our roof and cleaned up afterwards.
Very personable- answered a lot of questions 😋
We had been told we had a roof leak. I got 5 estimates. Eric with Chas Roofs took his time and explained everything that was going on and answered all of our questions. He was nice and professional. He left me an estimate and said if you have anymore questions you have my number. Don’t hesitate to call me.
Good
Charleston Roof and Windows did a wonderful job on our new roof install. Mike made it easy to say yes with aggressive pricing and Grady’s staff wad spot on worth their installation.
The best! We had some damage and they were great from start to finish. Eric was able to quickly asses and bid the job and helped as we decided between fixing two leaks or total replacement. Never any pressure. Luis, our project manager went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process. I…
My wife and I had a stellar experience getting a new roof put on our home. The work was done on time and the crew was incredibly efficient. They also did a phenomenal job leaving everything in better shape than they found it. Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a new roof.
Thought I left a review a few months back but apparently didn't. Kept me informed throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated, and worked with me on the timing. Communicative, prepared, professional and proficient!
We had our entire roof replaced by Charleston Roofs + Windows in 2020. They were easy to work with and communicative. This fall (about 5 years later), we discovered a small leak. Although we were outside of our warranty window, they recognized a problem with the original installation of the flashing. They stood by…

Charleston Roofs and Windows made my roof replacement a breeze. Martin, Eric and Jared were professional, quick to listen to my concerns, and walked me through every step of the process.
