The best! We had some damage and they were great from start to finish. Eric was able to quickly asses and bid the job and helped as we decided between fixing two leaks or total replacement. Never any pressure. Luis, our project manager went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process. I…
They are wonderful to work with. Very professional and did a great job repairing our roof and replacing the skylights. Very knowledgeable! I definitely would recommend them and use them again!
Efficient, trustworthy. On time. Got us a quote. Explained the process. Emails to tell us how to get ready for their coming. Gentleman for the work was polite and was here quite awhile. Checked in with us. Happy with the work and the price.
After finding a leak in my roof, I contacted multiple roofing companies. Chas Roof and Windows was the first to respond. They came out the next morning, inspected my roof, placed a tarp to prevent further damage and made arrangements to repair it. My project was completed within 4 days from my initial phone call.…
We had our entire roof replaced by Charleston Roofs + Windows in 2020. They were easy to work with and communicative. This fall (about 5 years later), we discovered a small leak. Although we were outside of our warranty window, they recognized a problem with the original installation of the flashing. They stood by…
From start (roof inspection) to finish (roof repair & replacement) the interaction with Charleston Roofs & Windows personnel and the workmanship of the onsight crew were very professional and of the highest quality. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Charleston Roofs & Windows.
Noah Hall was excellent to work with!
Apparently a flatter portion of our roof was improperly installed (by a different company) causing a leak into the house and rotten plywood under the shingles. These folks came out, inspected, and repaired that section. I thought the price was reasonable and the work done promptly.
Fantastic service and everyone we worked with was top shelf. Luis went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that the job was done not only to our satisfaction but his as well
All I can say that the gentlemen worked hard to remove all the old shingles, plywood etc,and installed the new roof in a day.So within 12-14 hrs my son and I had a new roof.
We discovered a small leak in the roof and they were out the next day to take a look. Everything was fixed up within the week! Great service and communication!

Charleston Roofs and Windows made my roof replacement a breeze. Martin, Eric and Jared were professional, quick to listen to my concerns, and walked me through every step of the process. I contacted Charleston Roofs and Windows to do an inspection on our roof. We had fast service getting the roof inspected by Michael. He addressed all of our questions at the inspection. Grady supervised the work. We even had to have a custom part made for our chimney. Again it was made fast and efficiently. Kim in…
Eric Chesnut and his team were spectacular. The guys were running late so they didn't start until a little later, so we figured they would have to finish the next day, but nope! They got it done! They worked all day in the heat of the Charleston summer diligently and finished at close to 10pm! They worked over 13…
Charleston Roofs and Windows was refered to me by a friend. The quality of their work is outstanding. I received the best service from Eric, very professional and knowledgeable.

Jesse, the roofer, and Kim, who made our appointment, were both very professional and courteous. Jesse hustled all over the roof doing minor repairs. He was very communicative about what he was doing and gave his professional opinion about the life of our roof. We will definitely go to Charleston Roofs + Windows again when we need them.

Jesse with Charleston Roofs & Windows was nothing short of amazing. He was super responsive when we needed him to check out the roof of a home my buyer clients were under contract on.
