Their pricing was great and they were super responsive. Michael was very involved and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Charleston Roofs and Windows were professional throughout, and I highly recommend them!
These guys were super! From Erick, our initial contact down through the last clean-up guy. They were friendly, polite, industrious, efficient, neat and clean. They arrived as scheduled, got the work done and cleaned up the site like it was their own home. The roof looks lovely. Let it rain!
Thumbs up service
Fantastic experience with Charleston Roofs and Windows! This was our first time replacing a roof - Eric was extremely helpful with walking us through the entire process. Everything was effective, professional, and high quality. And the team of roofers was amazing!
Great work. Easy to work with. Complete the job in one day for a fairly large roof > 2300 sq. ft.
Eric did a great job on my roof. Charleston Roofs was very attentive/responsive. Thank You!
Charleston roof was super professional from beginning to end. The installation was completed in one day including cleanup.
Timely, courteous, on budget, and effective repair. No leaks so far. Thank you Jesse, Grady and Richard. Roofers have such a dangerous and difficult job, and, do you know why roofers are always in such pain? It's because they have shingles. Sad.
Eric and Adam were great to deal with. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process. I would recommend anyone looking for roof and window needs that they reach out to Eric, Adam and the Charleston Roof + Windows team.
I contacted Charleston Roofs and Windows to do an inspection on our roof. We had fast service getting the roof inspected by Michael. He addressed all of our questions at the inspection. Grady supervised the work. We even had to have a custom part made for our chimney. Again it was made fast and efficiently. Kim in…
Our experience with Charleston Roofs and Windows was Top notch from start to finish. This was our first time needing a new roof and Jesse and Kim answered all of our questions! Charleston Roofs has always been very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I call, Kim is patient & informative. When Jesse shows up to inspect the roof, (it was originally installed by another company) no matter how small the issue, I always feel a sense of relief. I look forward to continuing the…
This company saved our skin, namely their tech Jesse Duffie. We had a pretty serious leak but Jesse was able to assess and correct the issue within 30 minutes. That in itself is amazing, although we were most impressed by Jesse’s sincere kindness and enthusiasm. He has set the bar impossibly high for any other…
Hands down the best service call we have ever had. Scheduling with Kim was easy as she was helpful and friendly. Our tech, Jesse Duffie, simply awed us with how quickly he assessed and fixed a leak issue. He’s also one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I wish there were enough…

Mr. Eric is friendly, punctual and the team did an excellent job. What can I say, they exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work that's affordable.
Due to combined age and hail damage to our roof, we decided to have it replaced. I had a list of recommended roofing companies to call and first was Charleston Roofing and Windows.
