Provided a phenomenal and engaging team building event for my team. Made cooking fun and easy. The meal we put together was delicious!
We had a great dinner and experience with Ace. Highly recommended! He made my mom's birthday extra special and played happy birthday for her on his special flute.
In town celebrating my MIL birthday. She wanted a fish fry. He delivered. Food was delicious and I’m so interested in cooking he talked me thru what he was doing. He also played some of his flutes after dinner. My MIL loved it!
Chef Ace is great!! He is an extremely passionate and charismatic teacher. 10 out of 10 recommend a class with him (if you can snag tickets)!
His cooking shows are entertaining, informative and the flavor is sooo good. He also has a very entertaining show of music. It's wonderful flute music with different instruments and a fun filled narrative.
Ace hosted an 8 year old birthday party our daughter got to attend. He was so attentive and patient with the girls, guiding them in the kitchen, equipping and enabling them to truly feel like chefs for a day. I could not believe the dishes they created with him! Thank you for giving me a chance so glad u enjoyed it and yes yall cooked a mean pasta dish and fresh watermelon salad
We finally got around to scheduling Mom and Dad's Christmas present from us kids —a private chef at their house! 👨🏿🍳 Whenever we go out to eat as a family, I can't eat because of all my food allergies. My dad has always hated that I don't get the same experience as everyone else and has said so many times that he wishes someone could cook for me too. That's what gave us the idea to hire a private chef. We found Chef Ace through Facebook, and I'm so glad we did! Everything was absolutely delicious. The family had two starters: gumbo and Italian stuffed meatball kabobs over pasta. Dinner was a side of beef with au jus, baby red potatoes, asparagus, and Cajun green beans. They finished with chocolate raspberry tiramisu with white chocolate rum. I'm bummed I didn't get pictures of everything, but everyone said it was so good! The best part, though, was how careful Chef Ace was with my allergies. He cooked my meal in a completely separate area of the kitchen using my own pan, and I felt so comfortable eating it. It was the first meal someone other than Hunter or me has cooked for me in three years, and I honestly didn't realize how much I'd missed that. My meal was incredible! It was such a fun night with my family, and getting to enjoy the whole experience with everyone meant more than I can put into words. Chef Ace Champion ended the night playing some music for us! Thank you for making it such a special evening, I can't wait to have you back! ❤️

A truly unique and uplifting experience with Chef Ace Champion! Chef Ace's cooking class was the best team building activity I have ever done! And the food was the best that I've ever eaten. Afterwards, he spent 3 additional hours with our group talking about human health and wellness, sharing his incredible gift of music therapy. This experience was unlike anything that I've ever experienced. Chef Ace created a warm, welcoming, and high-energy environment that made everyone feel like family. His energy, spirit, humbleness, and deep care for humans shined through every moment. After the cooking class Chef Ace blended soulful conversation into the dinner party, literally feeding both the body and soul. His passion for food, music therapy, wellness and people is so genuine. Not only did the team learn incredible cooking techniques using fresh ingredients, but felt inspired and relaxed through the music therapy. Our group left feeling more confident in our cooking capabilities, but also uplifted and inspired to learn more about wellness and music therapy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something meaningful, educational, fun and relaxing. Chef Ace Champion truly lives up to his name - he's a champion of good food, good vibes, and good people.
