My experience was extremely positive. Nicest guy -- was very patient with my questions and answered all of them. Would highly recommend!
Worked very diligently in hot temp. Seemed to throughly get the job done. Explained about our bee problem. Friendly and professional
We've had great service and positive results using Chem-Wise. Davis our tech has serviced our house for a couple of years now and he's always been professional and very accommodating to our requests.
Have been a former employee and now customer and Rene has been the best tech to come out. Solved our mouse problem quickly and we really appreciate the great service.
Chem-Wise is a wonderful company. We've used them for over 20 years to keep our home insect, and furry little creature free. They are efficient, professional, timely, and effective. And I like that they provide effective solutions that are safe for our pets and children. They also offer a guarantee- they will come…
The tech Michael Larry was very helpful and informative. Best pest control company in Saint Charles! Update: To this day, Larry is a rockstar <3
Davis was great at keeping me informed of his schedule on the day of service so that I knew within 5 minutes of his exact arrival time. That allowed me to let my dogs into the yard before treatment, and then keep them inside until the chemicals had dried. The pest control treatment was done quickly, but Davis…
Davis is an excellent technician; professional and courteous!
Joel was very friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained the process of locating the nest where the yellow jackets were, and what he would be doing to eradicate them. He then gave me further information, and said to call if anything else was needed. I will definitely use Chem Wise again if ever needed.
Started with Chem-Wise when we moved into our home 3+ years ago and things are still going strong! We rarely see anything with more than 2 legs in our home that doesn't belong (dog excluded of course, lol)! DEVANTE is our Regular, absolutely PREFERRED ... go-to Tech and we're always glad to see him for our…
Tim did his usual thorough job. He knows my property and I rely on him. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional! Great value!
Technician Brian Reyes is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, communicates well, and is customer service oriented. Chem-Wise is my choice for pest control because of Brian’s expertise.
My neighbors recommended Chem-Wise, we've been using them for past several years. No harsh chemicals, safe for our children and our pets. Friendly, professional service always for reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.
Jim the service tech is a great representative for Chem-Wise. He is positive, enthusiastic and professional. He always goes the extra mile with his work to assure a good outcome. I look forward to his regular visits. You couldn’t ask for a nicer man. We call him the Tom Skilling of Pest control.
Mike is always great - professional, friendly and caring. We are always very pleased
I’ve used Chemwise for years for my home and my rental properties. Excellent, responsive, always get the job done. If they don’t get it done the first time, they come back out for free until the job is done.
Danny was very conscientious, professional and thorough by listening to my needs and making sure the needs were met.
We love Matt Denny! He’s very friendly, always on time and goes above and beyond to make sure we don’t have any little unwanted critters around;)
Ethan was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He really listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I felt the service was reasonable for all he did. I will continue the service and hope to even have the same technician again. A very positive experience from my first call to Chemwise to the completion of the service. Thanks!
Have used Chem Wise for years, never had a bug issue at this house. They are polite, knowledgeable, and I feel like a good value.
We’ve used Chem-wise for almost 10 years. Very satisfied with their service.
Your service technician, Marty, is always prompt, efficient, thorough and friendly. He always asks if there are any particular issues that need special attention and remembers what we have asked him to attend to in the past . Its a pleasure to see him and he represents your company well. We often have solicitors…
Jimmy is very knowledgeable and is stright forward with what you need for your lawn care. First time calling Chem-Wise and Jim was scheduled to come tomorrow. He was in the area and offered to swing by same day!! He could not have been more professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for taking care of our wasp tenants, Jim! I will absolutely be hiring you for annual pest services come spring!
They do a great job! I really like the Mosquito spraying it gave me my yard back last summer and will be doing it again this summer
Our service technician is great, professional courtesy and friendly. He usually just does the outside perimeter, but he sprays inside if/when we request’ like when we have drain flies. He also sprays patio wall to control Yellow Jacket wasps. We had their special wasp service a few years ago for Paper Wasps; knock on wood, the wasps have not come back!!
Chem-wise is very responsive when we need any pest management and their services are reasonably priced.
I have used this company for 18 years and I never see a bug. I use to get all sorts of bugs now if I get any their white spiders. Great company!!
We have used Chemwise services at two different residences now over 10 years. Today we had super prompt service from tech Derrick who assisted us with a wasp and bee problem near our chimney and upper 3 story gutters. I requested a call before they started work and Derrick spent a great amount of time explaining…
