They respond quickly and their technician is always so polite and friendly, while the service is effective against pests.
Ray is great. He listens to my concerns then explains how he will treat the issues. He used little capsules and strong roach poison. I can ask him questions about the process and he takes time to explain how roaches reproduce and how the ingredients he puts down each will contribute to the process of eliminating the pests. He is very kind and polite.

Typically the treatments have been good. Today we were not home during the treatment therefore can’t comment on the service. I did notice that the windows do not show water tracks which typically happens after treatment for the ladybug infestation that does occur here. Only Time will tell but we sure hope the ladybug issue will be resolved!
