Prompt and dependable service.
I wanted to share my honest experience with Chem-Wise annual pest control service so other homeowners can make an informed decision. My last service visit was back in October 2025. The spring treatment, which should be completed by June 2 per their schedule, was never performed on time. As an auto-renewal customer,…

Davis was great at keeping me informed of his schedule on the day of service so that I knew within 5 minutes of his exact arrival time. That allowed me to let my dogs into the yard before treatment, and then keep them inside until the chemicals had dried. The pest control treatment was done quickly, but Davis…

With Chem Wise, my technician, Jim, is one of the best service men I’ve ever worked with. Jim is…
Joel Perez did a great job explaining what he would be doing and how it worked. He was very friendly and total us the wasps should be gone in a few hours but if they happen to be around after two days they would come back free to retreat. He also found a second whole around the corner that had wasps and treated it.
Yellow Jacket treatment
Jim is great! helpful and very informative and the reason I still do Chemwise after all these years; love the service I feel I get from him- so extremely helpful and even encouraging sometimes!
Tim was right on time and completed the wasp removal in minutes. I had been advised to use a professional company. Tim did a great job but it actually was a very small nest and low to the ground. The cost was pretty steep for the amount of time. I had been stung twice already so probably worth the $$$
Always friendly, cautious, professional! Thanks!
Davis was prompt, efficient and helpful in explaining the process.

As a past customer, I knew who to call when we discovered a new bee problem - in a outside wall. I called up and within 1 day they sent a technician (they could have come the day I called but I had to work). Professional, thorough and very knowledgeable - this is how I describe Charles and the company.
We switched to chen-wise from another company. It is refreshing to be able to talk to a real person without having to wait for 20 min, or get someone to come out within a few day. Mike Rubino was the absolute best! He explained what he was going to do and took care of our Yellow Jacket nest. When he completed the service, he showed me how they were returning to look for the nest and to avoid the area for 48 hours to eliminate the chance of being stung. Thank you Mike!
Rigo arrived for the 7 am appointment right on time. He was respectful and very quick. Chem-Wise has been all around very professional and extremely responsive. I am very satisfied. On our second treatment, Davis was professional and efficient. The treatment took no time at all and there were no issues. Still very satisfied.
Rico came out and solved our wasp problem up in our ceiling promptly. We had other issues with Orkin and Terminex saying they could do it and they could not which was extremely frustrating. Due to some communication problems, the tech removing hornets at my house ended up driving on my lawn to retrieve the branch with the hornets. I thought he had a ladder but ended up using his truck to reach. Either way, it had been raining for 3 days and it was raining during the hornet removal. The grass was…
we first call Chem Wise out because of ant's that we could not figure out how they were coming in, they did their inspection and completely elimated the problem for us; now we use (for years) their tri annual service and would recommend them to anyone that had an issue.
We have used Chemwise for several years and have loved our experiences with them. We use their general pest control service, which has eliminated issues we used to have with ants. More importantly, we have used Chemwise to deal with a nagging issue of mice in our basement. Chemwise has been extremely professional…
Everyone has been very professional and compliant with mask wearing. They have always been considerate of your home by removing their shoes outside and using only any treatment that’s absolutely needed and coming out whenever we have had any issues with wasp nests. Thank you Chem Wise!
He was here on time & made sure the nests were removed. Also got rid of other nest around it so that there won’t be any hornets nest in future
