I wanted to share my honest experience with Chem-Wise annual pest control service so other homeowners can make an informed decision. My last service visit was back in October 2025. The spring treatment, which should be completed by June 2 per their schedule, was never performed on time. As an auto-renewal customer,… Read full review

Davis was great at keeping me informed of his schedule on the day of service so that I knew within 5 minutes of his exact arrival time. Joel Perez did a great job explaining what he would be doing and how it worked. He was very friendly and total us the wasps should be gone in a few hours but if they happen to be around after two days they would come back free to retreat. He also found a second whole around the corner that had wasps and treated it.

Tim was right on time and completed the wasp removal in minutes. I had been advised to use a professional company. Tim did a great job but it actually was a very small nest and low to the ground. The cost was pretty steep for the amount of time. I had been stung twice already so probably worth the $$$
