Chem-Wise Pest Control for cockroach extermination

Ray is great. He listens to my concerns then explains how he will treat the issues. He used little capsules and strong roach poison. I can ask him questions about the process and he takes time to explain how roaches reproduce and how the ingredients he puts down each will contribute to the process of eliminating the pests. He is very kind and polite.
I’ve used Chemwise for years for my home and my rental properties. Excellent, responsive, always get the job done. If they don’t get it done the first time, they come back out for free until the job is done.
Update 6/14/2023: our most recent technician, Josh, has just been incredible! He is very thorough and wants to help us fix our mice issue. He's been out several times and goes the extra mile each time, even offering for a follow-up to come out and help get under our deck to find any openings. Chem-wise is VERY lucky…
For the first time ever we were seeing cockroaches. I immediately called my pest control guy. 2 weeks later and we saw zero change. In fact, we had more. Chem-Wise came in and had us all fixed up in 2 weeks. GONE! I have switched to Chem-Wise now for our monthly plan.
Mike R was is amazing, he educates you and very proactive. He lets you know exactly what to do, and what he can do. He's kind and understanding to the dynamic of your house. He truly an asset to the company. Thank you, Mike R!!⭐
Our service technician is great, professional courtesy and friendly. He usually just does the outside perimeter, but he sprays inside if/when we request’ like when we have drain flies. He also sprays patio wall to control Yellow Jacket wasps. We had their special wasp service a few years ago for Paper Wasps; knock on wood, the wasps have not come back!!
I have used this company for 18 years and I never see a bug. I use to get all sorts of bugs now if I get any their white spiders. Great company!!
