The tech that came to my house was very professional. He knew his business. He asked me about any problems. I told him I want he mice traps checked. He did with no problem at all. I originally had them out for a mice problem in the house a few years ago. The mice have been long gone. But I kept the service. I like…
Our guy is super nice. Knows my building and comes every 3 months. Only needs to be let in. The company bills me electronically and sends me receipts and a summary of the visit. Great company.
We have been using Chem-wise pest control for several years now and appreciate their professionalism. We have them come and spray for bugs/spiders and other occasional bugs using their three-peat series. Had another treatment today with Steve as our technician and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail!
I have used the services of Chem-Wise for over five years and not once have I been dissatisfied with the service. I have recommended Chem-Wise to at least four different people and they all agree with me.
Armani was very helpful and informative about the product and got the job done inside and outside quickly with no problems. Now I'm hoping that we won't see the return of the spiders.
Andres is very professional. Looked at all the areas I mentioned and gave me advice about avoiding all these issues. I have used them before plus my daughter used Chemwise also and was very happy with the service. I have requested that Andres be our permanent technician.
I had been a customer of another company for over 25 years and then they were bought out by a larger franchise and the service was awful. I called Chem-Wise and they were informative, punctual and very reasonable. They have done a great job and with being in the restaurant business I do not need any pests in my facility. Thank you!
Alex did a thorough job.
Chem wise goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Steve Ruiz does everything we need to take care of our pest problem. We love Chem Wise and would recommend them to anyone.
Our technician Giovanni was excellent in coming back an checking for mice activity. There was none. He checked all the traps to rebait them but none needed it. He in my estimation is an excellent tech. Always explains what he is doing an goes the extra mile to please his customers. Thank You Very Much Giovanni

Great first experience with ChemWise! The office staff explained everything clearly, and Alex, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He walked me through the process and set clear expectations. Looking forward to a pest-free future!
I can highly recommend Chem-Wise for all your pest control needs. They have spectacular customer service with great communications. I always knew when they were coming for our regular service, who was coming and then a report on what had been done. And - no bugs!
We have been loyal customers for years, with Chem-Wise following us from one home to the next. They do a great job and will go above and beyond to solve your pest problem!
My property is right next to an empty lot that has become a mini-park / nature reserve for the entire block for some reason, so I get more occurances of pests throughout the year. Chris Hardek, Steve Ruiz and all Chem-Wise technicians are extremely friendly and responsive. They are always patient and go the extra…
Always great service and products, and the technican is so skilled, helpful, and kind!
I found loose soil along one of the exterior basement window sills beneath a rock bed. I called for a follow up and Jose came out. He immediately discovered a hole which the mice burrowed along the foundation. The issue was regulated to the exterior of our home and no indication of infestation was found inside. This…
Professional, responsive and comprehensive.
I’ve been a client of Chem Wise for several years now. I love their services. Their rep Josh Villa comes for the annual service. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, answers all my questions with a smile. I love his work ethics.
Armani's service was professional and thorough. He handled my request with care, and because of his excellent service, I would definitely recommend Chem Wise as a dependable pest management option. My home feels pest-free!
I have not had an inside treatment, by my own choice, in a while and after seeing 2 wolf spiders, I called and Alex from Chem-Wise was out the next day. He was super nice and answered all my questions.
For years we've had ants digging up our sand in our patio pavers. I never thought getting it professionally exterminated. Javonny came out and reached out earlier than expected which was a plus for me. He sprayed all over our patio and around the house. So fat in one day I don't see any ants. Looking from the…
Chem-wise has provided very effective, very reliable, very professional, and competitively priced service for me over the past few years. Amongst the different pest control companies I have used, I have found different levels of professionalism and technical knowledge, much of it disappointing. Chem-Wise obviously…

So amazing to be able to sit in my yard. I had a bbq for Father's Day and we stayed out until 11:30 and not one bite the next day. I am so glad I decided to use this service. I am completely satisfied. Javanny is amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Professional and time efficient tech.
Great company....on time and affordable.
This place has been a good decision for my family and I. They keep to their word and the services have been great. We wanted a general seasonal maintenance, and they were very prompt! The customer service reps over the phone were very friendly, notably friendly, and helpful. So far, we haven't seen any bug issues! Would definitely recommend.
Josh is awesome! Always explains what's going on, very knowledgeable, takes care of the bugs! We bought a fixer upper with some pretty strong issues and they've taken care of all of them. Definitely recommend the tri-annual package, just takes the uncertainty away and let's them just take care of anything that comes up.

I received a notice from the company with the…
We've been using Chem-Wise for several years now. We get the tri-annual treatment plus wasp-proofing, and it really works. We used to see wolf spiders and silverfish regularly, but not any more. Also treated for carpenter bees on exterior. Very happy with service.
I am signed up for the tri-annual spraying service and am very happy with it. I rarely see an ant or spider anywhere around the perimeter of the house or inside. I had the spraying for wasps and hornets done last spring and it kept them from building any nests anywhere near my house. Their prices are very…

Josh is thorough and professional. He patiently explained why we see more spiders than usual, what spiders we're likely to see and how the treatment works. We could not be happier with our Chem-Wise technicians!
Used another company which ‘seemed’ to be ok until we had a wasp issue. Their efforts made no difference. We called chemwise who came out the following day. Within a day the wasp issue was under control and within a couple days was completely resolved. We now use chemwise for general maintenance, instead of the…
