Chem-Wise is a great company and Nelson M. is an excellent tech! Always thorough and a success at keeping us bug and insect free around the house and property.
Mr Lee answered all my questions regarding spraying around two herb plants and also took the time to inspect damage done to a large evergreen. He is always very pleasant.
Chem-wise is great. They are precise, kind, and mindful of any concerns I’ve had around my dogs or kids as well. Highly recommend for an effective and smart exterminator.

Andres is very professional. Looked at all the areas I mentioned and gave me advice about avoiding all these issues. I have used them before plus my daughter used Chemwise also and was very happy with the service. I have requested that Andres be our permanent technician.
Great company and employees.
Jevanny as usual does a great and efficient job. He's always welcomed her at our home. Very respectful and does his job very well.
I had been a customer of another company for over 25 years and then they were bought out by a larger franchise and the service was awful. I called Chem-Wise and they were informative, punctual and very reasonable. They have done a great job and with being in the restaurant business I do not need any pests in my facility. Thank you!
Great service provided by both technicians. Thank you!

I have used Chem-Wise for several years now and have always been greatly satisfied with the services. They visit at the proper time during the seasons to perform services and I don't even have to remember. On the few times that I've called for additional or special services (like when ants don't disappear fast…
My property is right next to an empty lot that has become a mini-park / nature reserve for the entire block for some reason, so I get more occurances of pests throughout the year. I’ve used ChemWise for a few years now. In recently moving, Javonney became our technician and he was very thorough and knowledgeable in helping us ensure we proactively prevent any pest issues. Thank you!
So far so good.Joel was a rockstar.

Love Chemwise's Tri-Annual Service. They come three times (Spring, Summer, and Fall) with spot treatments and services as needed between for no additional charge. Javonny, specifically, is great. He was kind enough to halt spraying so we could get our dog outside for a bathroom break, then resumed with a thorough…
Jose was the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with in pest removal. We recently moved and he did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house and made adjustments to areas around external mechanicals where rodents could migrate in and made recommendations about the best pest care.

I have been using Chem-Wise's Tri-annual Service for years, across three different homes. Our current service technician, Paul, is especially great. I…
Always professional, and kind people. I've been a customer for years, and will continue to be for years to come.
Joel Burgos came today to re-treat/re-spray for a moth problem that I have been having in my basement. Once again very through and knowledgable. Took the time to inspect the basement at not only re-treated areas covered on the last visit, but identified areas that could be hiding spots for moths and treated those…
Chemwise is pet friendly exterminators which was really important to me when choosing an exterminator. I initially had a one-off service for mouse removal, and changed to the monthly service as it's a much better deal. We added on bee and mosquitos for the summer and are really happy the results.
Great company....on time and affordable.
We love using Chem-wise for all our pest control needs. They are always nice and courteous on the phone, and so easy to schedule. We sign up for the tri-annual service at a discounted rate, which is definitely the best deal helps keep any pests at bay. Our technician Paul is always nice and professional as well. I would highly recommend!
