He was outstanding, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. He took his time. He didn’t just put poison down, he told me someone will be back to stop up the holes, so rodents can’t get in👏👏👏👏👏
The tech that came to my house was very professional. He knew his business. He asked me about any problems. I told him I want he mice traps checked. He did with no problem at all. I originally had them out for a mice problem in the house a few years ago. The mice have been long gone. But I kept the service. I like…
We have been using Chem-wise pest control for several years now and appreciate their professionalism. We have them come and spray for bugs/spiders and other occasional bugs using their three-peat series. Had another treatment today with Steve as our technician and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail!
Alex is the best - very thorough and always explains everything he’s done.
This morning Steve Ruiz came to our home for the tri annual treatment Upon arrival he was having mechanical problems with his truck. Later, just before 5:00pm he returned to perform the service that he was unable to perform in the morning. He was very apologetic and provided a thorough spraying of the exterior!…

Great company and employees.
I had been a customer of another company for over 25 years and then they were bought out by a larger franchise and the service was awful. I called Chem-Wise and they were informative, punctual and very reasonable. They have done a great job and with being in the restaurant business I do not need any pests in my facility. Thank you!
great service, good price and follow up!
Technician was wonderful - knowledgeable, efficient, and very customer oriented.

I have been a customer of Chem-Wise for nearly two years. They have a top-notch service. They are timely for their monthly visits informing you of the date they plan to be onsite. My property is right next to an empty lot that has become a mini-park / nature reserve for the entire block for some reason, so I get more occurances of pests throughout the year. Chris Hardek, Steve Ruiz and all Chem-Wise technicians are extremely friendly and responsive. They are always patient and go the extra…
I found loose soil along one of the exterior basement window sills beneath a rock bed. I called for a follow up and Jose came out. He immediately discovered a hole which the mice burrowed along the foundation. The issue was regulated to the exterior of our home and no indication of infestation was found inside. This…

i use this company as the present moment, the only thing that I do not like os some of the representative that come to my site are not pleasant at all, if you have question to ask they give you the run around and never ask or help you with that specific question or situation. I am planning to change company.
Jose was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He was able to answer all our questions to put our minds at ease.
Steve was the best, he has excellent customer. Thanks Steve for your service see you in 2weeks
So far so good.Joel was a rockstar.
I had been satisfied until today. I wanted javonna to check the traps in the garage and house. I waited for him. I didn’t even get a call to let me know that he was here. My only sign was my mat was moved and not put back in its place. I missed Ryan and angel. Who showed professionalism.
Javonny is great! Always on time, great communication. Your company is lucky to have him as an employee.
Josh was awesome today he took care of me and my family made me feel like I picked the right company
Love Chemwise's Tri-Annual Service. They come three times (Spring, Summer, and Fall) with spot treatments and services as needed between for no additional charge. Javonny, specifically, is great. We've been using Chem-Wise for several years now. We get the tri-annual treatment plus wasp-proofing, and it really works. We used to see wolf spiders and silverfish regularly, but not any more. Also treated for carpenter bees on exterior. Very happy with service.
We’ve had Gus helping us for years now, and he’s the awesome pest control person we see as the face of Chem-Wise.
