Thy did very good job.
Great to see Armani again, our technician who knows our place so well and provides the follow up contracted periodic perimeter control we have to prevent recurrence of carpenter ant infestation in our porch. We really appreciated that he came around back to make sure we were not outside on the porch before spraying!…
Javonny was informative, friendly, and explained what he was using.
A+ for service by Paul today! He was on time (actually, a few minutes early-bonus pts for no waiting!), very professional and polite, explained what he was doing and why, and then took the appropriate time to explain what to expect and answer my questions. Well done Chem-Wise for making a great HR decision to hire…
The tech that came to my house was very professional. He knew his business. He asked me about any problems. I told him I want he mice traps checked. He did with no problem at all. I originally had them out for a mice problem in the house a few years ago. The mice have been long gone. But I kept the service. I like…
Mr. Lee is professional, courteous and personable. He listened and then provided a great service. With the rainy weather Illinois is having this summer, we had an ant problem. He serviced on Monday and I noticed a difference already (Thursday). I will surely request him again if needed.
Very Professional young man. Took his time and checked everything.
My tech Armani is just wonderful. He is polite and answered all my questions. He even remembered my greyhounds. Great service once again.
Roberto, the tech, performed the annual wasp treatment. He also answered all my questions about the odd bugs I'm seeing outside that I have not seen in previous years. And confirmed they are nothing to be concerned about.
Andres came out and applied the carpenter ant treatment to my home. He was on time polite and efficient. If you need pest control give ChemWise Pest Control a call.
Prompt, professional, and efficient service. Alex explained every step of the process and addressed my concerns directly. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with his work.
Our techs name was Javonny. He was very professional and had a good sense of humor. I'm so glad to know we will have the same tech each time.
Andres seemed very knowledgeable and efficient.
Alex and Roberto at Chemwise Pest Management in Berwyn have done a great job. Both are professional and respectful. We haven’t had any ant issues since being on the tri-annual plan. Highly Recommend!

Chris was friendly and thorough! Highly recommend this company.
Great first experience with ChemWise! The office staff explained everything clearly, and Alex, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He walked me through the process and set clear expectations. Looking forward to a pest-free future!
Chris the technician did an excellent job explaining the entire process and what to expect and how to further proceed
Chris was the best we’ve had here over the years. Professional, polite and service oriented. Really appreciate him!
I can highly recommend Chem-Wise for all your pest control needs. They have spectacular customer service with great communications. I always knew when they were coming for our regular service, who was coming and then a report on what had been done. And - no bugs!
We have been loyal customers for years, with Chem-Wise following us from one home to the next. Our newest technician, Nelson Maisonet, is yet another impressive worker from a long-line of professional employees. He is punctual, respectful of our property and extremely thorough. He remembers the small details of the…
Jose is the absolute best!! I am so glad I found Chem-Wise Pest Control and have Jose as my service agent.
We found ants + frass and were nervous we might have a carpenter ant infestation. Chem-wise sent out Paul, who was great. Thankfully we had another type of ant, which was an enormous relief. Paul was very polite, friendly, and excellent at what he does. Very glad we worked with Chem-Wise, definitely recommend them.
Gus was on time for the appointment. Very respectful and polite. Inspected my home, entire attic, basement and outside perimeter. Wore a mask at all times. Will recommend Chem-Wise to all my friends.
My property is right next to an empty lot that has become a mini-park / nature reserve for the entire block for some reason, so I get more occurances of pests throughout the year. Chris Hardek, Steve Ruiz and all Chem-Wise technicians are extremely friendly and responsive. They are always patient and go the extra…
Alex is very professional explaining the problem and how to address. He worked quickly and deliberately and described next steps. Very nice to work with Alex.
The technician was very thorough and courteous. We have been very satisfied with Chem-Wise.
Josh was professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend him
Armani's service was professional and thorough. He handled my request with care, and because of his excellent service, I would definitely recommend Chem Wise as a dependable pest management option. My home feels pest-free!
Josh (as always) did a great job - refilled mouse baits, put Biozyme in the outdoor gutter drains, and sprayed ant barrier around my house and garage. Asked if I'd had any other issues, said to be sure to call if any other issues arise. Wonderful service, high quality work.
Javonny F. was the person who came to my house today. He was on time, listening to my concerns ,but most of all not forgetting any of the places I pointed out. I am very satisfied. He was very courteous at all times. This is my second review and I want this one to go in his file. Thank You, Bernice Portis
For years we've had ants digging up our sand in our patio pavers. I never thought getting it professionally exterminated. Javonny came out and reached out earlier than expected which was a plus for me. He sprayed all over our patio and around the house. So fat in one day I don't see any ants. Looking from the…
Andres arrived on time to perform my exterior treatment for ant extermination. He even provided me with recommendations on how to further prevent pest activity!
Javonny serviced my home several times last year and just performed my first treatment this year. He is prompt, professional and kept me informed of the work he was performing. There isn't much more I could ask for.
My only complaint is I requested a paper receipt I gave Alex a personal check in the full amount of$215 I would like a receipt to acknowledge that and some type of written statement I appreciate the receipt for services in the paper mail your technician Alex is a very friendly efficient and good listener someone I would be happy to call a friend
Our technician was great!
Very responsive Great attention to detail of understanding the situation and condition that needed to be addressed. Workmanship was extremely effective and efficient Thank you
Chem-wise has provided very effective, very reliable, very professional, and competitively priced service for me over the past few years. Amongst the different pest control companies I have used, I have found different levels of professionalism and technical knowledge, much of it disappointing. Chem-Wise obviously…
So far so good.Joel was a rockstar.
Love Chemwise's Tri-Annual Service. They come three times (Spring, Summer, and Fall) with spot treatments and services as needed between for no additional charge. Javonny, specifically, is great. He was kind enough to halt spraying so we could get our dog outside for a bathroom break, then resumed with a thorough…
What a fantastic company. Came out the same day and resolved all of our issues. VERY reasonably priced. Definitely going with there annual plan.
Mice extermination
Always professional, and kind people. I've been a customer for years, and will continue to be for years to come.
Chemwise is pet friendly exterminators which was really important to me when choosing an exterminator. I initially had a one-off service for mouse removal, and changed to the monthly service as it's a much better deal. We added on bee and mosquitos for the summer and are really happy the results.
Andrew was very professional, pleasant, on time and did a wonderful job! I would like for him to return and do the thorough job again.
This place has been a good decision for my family and I. They keep to their word and the services have been great. We originally called for an ant extermination and let me tell you when I say there were hundreds of dead ants throughout my house it was crazy. JOVANNY was an excellent tech very professional and kind…
Used for last 8 years for tri annual service. Sam is the best tech and super knowledgeable.

Superior service in All about areas. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
This company is amazing! I have been a customer for the last 5 years. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. Chemwise has been able to address and resolve any pest issue I have had.
Technician never called or knocked, I work from home and they were supposed to come inside to treat for ants. I’m looking for another company, I don’t even know if they were really here today!
Josh is my "go-to" guy and takes such good care of my home. He's always on time & is very thorough. He's helped me so much - in fact, Chem-Wise (including Luke!) are simply the best.
Josh is awesome! Always explains what's going on, very knowledgeable, takes care of the bugs! We bought a fixer upper with some pretty strong issues and they've taken care of all of them. Definitely recommend the tri-annual package, just takes the uncertainty away and let's them just take care of anything that comes up.
very excellent service , friendly and deffinetly take care of the problem I have referred them to alot of my family members who now refer them to everyone they know .
Alex is awesome! He is friendly and always goes above and beyond.
Nick was very professional and informative. He worked quickly and respected my property. Definitely recommend this company, great follow up.
We've been using Chem-Wise for several years now. We get the tri-annual treatment plus wasp-proofing, and it really works. We used to see wolf spiders and silverfish regularly, but not any more. Also treated for carpenter bees on exterior. Very happy with service.
I am signed up for the tri-annual spraying service and am very happy with it. I rarely see an ant or spider anywhere around the perimeter of the house or inside. I had the spraying for wasps and hornets done last spring and it kept them from building any nests anywhere near my house. Their prices are very…
These guys are great, excellent service and lower prices than the big names. They’re super effective at getting rid of your pests. Highly recommend.
We’ve had Gus helping us for years now, and he’s the awesome pest control person we see as the face of Chem-Wise. Always professional, easily explains what he is doing and what we can expect, etc… Chem-Wise themselves uses environmentally friendly control methods that are also child and pet safe. We use their…
Excellent service!!!!!!!
Highly recommend! Initially I was calling around for the best deal, I spoke with a women who was very knowledgeable on my pest issue (crickets) I was transferred over to their scheduling department for my area (they were also knowledgeable and kind). Andrew was my technician and initially we had some confusion on…
Used another company which ‘seemed’ to be ok until we had a wasp issue. Their efforts made no difference. We called chemwise who came out the following day. Within a day the wasp issue was under control and within a couple days was completely resolved. We now use chemwise for general maintenance, instead of the…
Inspector very polite and informative. Thank you
We've been using Chem-Wise for a few years and they've always done a fantastic job for us. Our regular technician, Ryan, is always on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
Andrew arrived in a timely manner and immediately went to work. He was polite and professional. I had many questions and he answered them all. My technicians have always been knowledgeable, careful and conscientious. I have confidence in the products and the Chemwise service!
Chem Wise does three times a year preventative treatment for me. Ryan, the technician, is fantastic. He's courteous, respectful of my property, and takes pride in doing an excellent job,…
VERY PROFESSIONAL on time, friendly and most helpful. Thank you!
We had ants everywhere. After one application we found maybe 8 or 10 the first day or two. Then we had nothing. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate us as to what he was doing and what we could expect. Have not seen and ant since. The money we paid for this service was well worth our sanity. #no more ants.
This is a great local company and very professional. The prices are very reasonable and most importantly they give out a detail plan to follow. Def a very reasonable expense and a service one must have to make being outside your home enjoyable during these summer months. Very thorough company.
The Chem-Wise technician arrived on time for our regularly scheduled inspection, and immediately comments on the anthills on our front walk. He sprayed for ants, and checked the perimeter of the building. On his previous visit, he sprayed for carpenter ants on a pillar on our side porch, and eliminated them almost…
The technician arrived on time, explained what kind of ants we had, and put down bait for them, seems to be working
We have pesty ants that resurface every spring and, luckily, have found chem-wise's tri-annual service package super handy. For four years now, the chem-wise team have sprayed around the building three times/year, and I only need to be home once/year to let them in to bait a few corners in our unit. We cannot be…
