We’ve been using them for over 5 years and they are absolutely wonderful. Very communicative, open with pricing and explaining. They never recommend work that isn’t actually needed. Needed 2 repairs & called. Easy appointment scheduling. Plenty of reminders/confirms. Sent repair estimate -- very reasonable. Both repairs done within 4 hours. Cost was within $7 of the estimate! Everyone was friendly. Mechanic courteous. I will definitely be recommending CRA to friends. Shoulda tried them out sooner!
